Why is JES for sale?
I recently moved out to a new house in the middle of another contract and now have to pay 3 months of rent in advance as a collateral (+ any fees for paying late which increase daily) + new house's rent.
I have enough time and love for the server to keep working on the project and I still am while I type this, I just thought that if someone is interested in buying it, I would be able to pay this faster and relieve a lot of stress off my back.
What does it include? (spoiler: everything)

Note 1: By moving out, I don't mean moving out 30 mins from where I was before, by moving out I mean moving out in Mexico which is a continent away from Spain, my original country, you can guess why this process is a bit tedious/difficult in another country.

Server is Java + bedrock and has a custom resourcepack for both of them too.
When you first spawn in the earth server, you have a complete tutorial on what to do, there are also chatgames, automated fishing events and lot of other cool stuff like chat reactions like /f /gg /simp /nosimp, also /vote and everything any competent smp or earth server has.
Server also has /wardrobe which has custom stuff you can wear, it has a custom nether and custom end dimension (incendium and the end version of it)
Also /kit starter and all the fun stuff

- Most expenses were server improvement related costs like hiring developers for small jobs, buying discord bots lifetime plans, hiring designers to design custom item models, buying custom plugins, buying adobe presets, adobe cloud subscription, Elevenlabs text to speech subscription, chatgpt subscription, mineacademy, internet, electricity, time spent, ubers to get to my house to work on urgent server things, a chair, a desk, a mouse, etc... so I could effectively work on the server as I live alone with no support of any family members/friends at all (I don't live with my parents or get helped by them in any way).
- The server itself, just the hosting, is 47€/month in Hetnzer which is an awesome deal + like 3€/mo in AquaHost for the proxy.
