This domain was previously used around 2014 to host a website that helped users to find seeds to start their Minecraft worlds. This can be seen with the Wayback Machine. You can easily re-apply some of the old original content and seeds using the archived pages. The content you currently see on the site is just placeholder. The new owner will need to actually go in there and add seeds, text, and images as new blog posts through WordPress to add content to the site which can all be done through an easy to use admin panel.
It's super easy to research some interesting seeds that users may want to use. Search other sites, watch videos showcasing seeds, etc. Just make sure that the content you're writing is unique so that you can rank higher on search engines and get more visitors.
