I mean most of these are clear re-textures of the other ones (World edit replaced) Looks more like 5/6 Maps multiplied with world edit to change colors : P

It's still sorta worth the price, $5 isn't that much, but he is right that a lot of them are simply complete retextures.
If you're gonna re-use a creation, I recommend that you make sure each variation has something unique to it beyond the block palette.
So if you re-use the terrain, make unique structures and/or mine walls inside it.
In my own pack of mines I used unique terrain but re-used the mine walls. It worked out really well.
