It's ready to go, it is however excluding Voting and Buycraft, both of which are quick and easy to integrate. Other than that, plug and play! All the plugins configured.
Both staff and donation ranks are also included. There are 6 donation ranks and 5 staff ranks. The server has non-op custom enchants which you can buy for in-game money. Another feature worth pointing is the ranking system - as you rankup, you get access to higher tiered crates (all configurable) in /shop. Also included:

Simple Enchantments:
Aquatic [1] - Gives permanent water breathing.
AutoSmelt [1-3] - Ores are automatically smelted when mined.
Experience [1-5] - Gives more exp when mining blocks.
Glowing [1] - Gives permanent night vision.
Haste [1-3] - Allows you to swing your tools faster.
Nutrition [1-3] - 1,2-2x normal hunger replenishment.
Oxygenate [1] - Refills oxygen levels when breaking blocks underwater.'

Cactus [1-2] - Acts like thorns, but doesn''t affect durability.
Commander [1-5] - Nearby allies are given haste.
Hardened [1-3] - Armor takes less durability damage.

Reforged [1-10] - Protects tool durability, items will take longer to break.

Shackle [1-3] - Prevents mobs from mob spawners from suffering from knockbacks from your attacks.
