Someone is ripping off my un-released server (:

So I just found this website http://arespvp.us/

If you go to the website you can see that they are using my logo that I had custom made awhile back.

I'm about to send the owner a cease and desist letter because I'm operating as a registered Private Limited Company in the UK and I have pending trademarks in the UK and US for AresMC and AresPvP.

Made me laugh that they copied me before I've even opened 100% so I thought I'd share.

Lol, the person set his name as "Ares PvP" when buying a domain and the address is more than likely fake because if you look it up on street view it's a massive building that kind of looks like a school.

Might just be able to file a complaint with the domain registrar explaining how his whois info is fake[DOUBLEPOST=1485464137][/DOUBLEPOST]

Domain Registrars are required by law (in the USA, at least) to respond and act on DMCA letters. Contact Namecheap and inform them that your intellectual property is being infringed upon.

They should then contact the owner of the website and tell them their website will be taken offline if they do not resolve the conflict.
