Spawn (75% Complete) Needs Finishing

My name is Tapalistic and I have an interesting proposal for you all today. I hired a builder to build me a spawn for my Factions server "The Legacy" but it simply took to long and I didn't like his style. He gave me ideas which led up to me and him building the spawn in the pictures below, but as you can see it is not finished. I am looking for an experienced builder to finish (add-on) the spawn which is (Greek/Medieval) Themed.
