Why should you be picked? I believe I should be picked because I love minecraft and love helping out with servers. I have had 5 prior years of minecraft experience (2 of staffing), I have a screen recording and editing program (if needed), I can contribute at least 2-3 hours per day to the server, I will be available almost whenever you need me, I am a kind staff member I will treat my fellow workers/players very well, and I am very capable of learning whatever you need me to on the server quick.
Although I am young I am very mature and capable of server satisfaction. I have had lots of experience as a helper, moderator, developer, manager and administrator, again I have little to do during the day so I will be able to be on very often. I love seeing everyone on a server having a good time and love making that possible, I know how to develop servers from creating shops to making anything you may need on this server possible, and I have made a whole minecraft server by myself from building to coding the plugin commands and mini games (Pixxel Party).

Fortunately for myself, I have a plethora of experience as a Staff member (More specifically; Manager / Administration) which gives me quite the advantage over many other applicants. In these roles K have completed many tasks that have trained me to operate as an efficient and effective staff member - all thanks to my previous experience. You see, server administration and managing is my hobby and my passion. I enjoy it other than any other purpose a minecraft player could have, and I seek to fuful my thirst for more on your server:

Why should you be picked?
As stated above, I have an immense amount of experience as an admistrator. I have an extensive knowledge of serveral plugins, game-modes, commands and am a very quick leaner. I pride myself in my ability to communicate with players and staff alike, in a professional manner, proving me with respectability, and confidence. I have worked as a waiter/camp counselor and have governed children who's ages ranged from 6-15, which has given me invaluable "kid-skills" that have come into handy on every server I have worked on. Not only this, I am very mature for my age (19) and am quite the intellectual.
Another big part of this; I don't seek payment, It is nothing to me. I think that a plethora of staff members (senior positions ) are focused on the money of and/or social standing of being a server manager or administrator. You can scroll through hundreds of threads and find extremely experienced administrators, and yes, while they may be suitable and well qualified to hold those positions, they are doing it for money. I seek no money. I want no perks or youtube subscribers from this. Being part of a team and working with people to administrate a server and to have a well defined purpose on a server is rare, and simply enchanting to me. I have wasted away on applications for countless servers and I either don't get a reply within weeks or I last for a week and am Ignored, by no fault of my own! Administration is my one true passion and hobby and it's something that I am whole-heartedly invested in, something that, in the sometimes bottomless, money-greedy abyss of server managing/administrating, is rarely found.

Mostly all the small servers have went down due to lack of funds; for PrimeMC you can see that I use to be a staff member in their ban page.
