Vouch: I worked with Aedan awhile back and He proved to be invested into his work. He's a well set out dude and it's worth given him a chance.

I did work with him on exorath, and yes he was difficult, but I now look back at it now, and i think it was for a good reason. He was difficult because he wanted the server to succeed, and unfortunately it's not doing so well due to a few issues. I think given everything I will vouch for this guy,he does care and wants the best for his players and staff alike.

Me and Aedan had a bit of a struggle getting along back in January. But that doesn't take away the time and effort he put into being staff on Prime. I can vouch for Aedan.

We (NarcoWars) just let xTactical (iAedan) go today as staff (Jr Community Manager, not Community Manager as stated above).
He was always professional (unlike above reports) and seemed motivated, however, only spent a couple hours of effort and then was inactive 20 days from our server after multiple attempts to get him active (including assigning specific simple fun tasks like drafting tweets and planning events), yet he was still posting on this thread looking for CM gigs. As I told xT today, we'd welcome him with open arms once he proves he can be an actual community member before becoming a competent community manager. It's unfortunate he chose the route to post back on here looking for new opportunities rather than actually getting engaged in a community he was given CM responsibilities for.

I worked with him a little bit and can't say I had the best experience. I would like to list the pros and cons right now.
Pros

• Very nice.
• Easy to work with.
• Replies moderately fast.

Cons

• Not that much experience to be a manager.
• Leaves too fast.
• Doesn't do that much work.

So what happened is I hired him to be a moderator on my server a few days later he replies "Sorry, I haven't found interest in Golden Age and will be resigning - thank you for the opportunity" I have no problem with this and I am certainly not trying to "trash his thread" but I wanted to say this. Maybe in the future, I might work with him but I feel like right now he has spread himself too thin. Another thing is my server is small so there is a high chance that he would have gotten bored especially because there is not much to do at the moment but the reason I would not work with him again is getting bored/not finding interest is not an actual reason to resign (Especially when you haven't been there for more than a week). I am sorry if this is not the actual reason but I felt like I had to say this.

Unfortunately, I wasn't very happy with a moderator position on a server that was very small - there'd be practically nothing for me to do considering I think it's right to leave documents and such up to the manager. I was there to be a moderator but there was nothing to moderate.
