Staff don't know how to deal with reputation reports

Well i've been quite shocked at how this staff member has been dealing with reputation reports allowing reputation's that say " Vouch, we played fortnite together, very well-mannered individual . " which means we can rep people for playing with them? so we can as well neg rep people for being terrible at playing games? how is this possible as well i never knew you can fucking rep someone for not wanting to deal with you? i mean like wow this is what i got when i reported the rep

and Choo's is clearly unvalid because it's non descriptive open a support request over Juydhen & Obama idk about daedalus

Well I realize this, but it was purely an example. The whole system is fucked. But its easy to use negative's as proof of this.

There is nothing that will change about the reputation system, because that would involve Mick spending money that he deems as a "unnecessary action" just to fix this issue which was fucked by the community, and the staff refuse to guide it into the right direction again.

Unless there was a tool, or a implementation by the author of the forums plugin that would fix the issue, Mick WILL NOT fix it. In the 3 years I've been there, that's how it's always been, and that's how it will always stay.

However, there is no point in creating this slanderous thread, because everyone already knows the problem, and this isn't a suggestion thread anymore. Staff will just shoot it down and pretend to ignore the problem. Or they'll shoot it down because it doesn't "belong here" cause it isn't a suggestion thread anymore.

If you suggest for something to be manually done to the system that would require a change in the actually feature, it's not happening... Ever.. However if it is something the staff could do, it's too overwhelming for the amount of people in this community who disregard the rules and do what they want and staff just let it slip through the cracks because it's too much to handle.

In my opinion, complaining, and trying to make a scene, especially like this in the suggestions thread will do nothing but get it locked and denied. Try a better approach to it because ten chances to one, this thread will be locked in 48 hours.

But hey, what can we do? We're just a community.

We are a community and not staffs. People need to quit the "be the change you want to see". The community is not interested to act as staffs if they are not. We are here to have fun, not to ease the job of people who are assigned to it and get paid for it.`

One (JMH) I dont even know who he is nor have I interacted with him.

One (Bumblewasp) is about me posting swastikas but the staff ignores the fact that hes asserting this as facts without proof and goes straight to: ITS AN OPINION which is really just slander that is quite illegal and the staff are basically condoning tagging an opinion to some false evidence in order to maintain false rep.

One (ObamaMilk) is about something I am not even involved in and I had proof of but gave me 5 (5!) different excuses as to why they wouldnt remove it.

I believe that since the time this thread was made we have been able to drastically improve our enforcement of reputation rules and requirements. Through implementing minimum character requirements, proof, a disputes system and a dedicated rank for reputation this shouldn't be a major problem.

Since this suggestion didn't actually include any sort of suggestion and was just a complaint, I'll move this to denied.
