Hello, I’m currently looking to work on your servers and hopefully help a lot of you guys out, but unfortunately i have no experience managing in the minecraft community, so I’m looking for someone to help me out?

Well I strongly recommend getting to know the Minecraft community first, and obtaining a helper, moderator, or senior moderator position on a server by doing well on the server and making a full length application through their forums. You need experience being part of a staff team (regardless of the role) before anybody is going to consider you as a manager. Good luck!

Play servers you like, don't suckup to high staff to get a rank just act normal and get known in that community (what ever it is) and then once you are semi known apply.
