What do these positions do?

Mods: Mods will help monitor chat along with help out in discord when players are having issues they will answer quick and easy questions.

Admins: Have to have some knowledge of Minecraft Servers. Dealing with people etc

Builders: Self Explanatory, please have a portfolio ready when contacting me.

Dev: If you're unaware what a dev does you are unlikely capable to fill the position.

Manager: The Manager essentially runs the Staff Team. They talk to the Owner(s) about demotions and promotions along with new hirings, they get in contact with YouTubers for the server.

I would recommend keeping coding/programming knowledge requirements strictly confined to Developer, as you're unlikely to find good Administrator candidates who can also develop.
