Lots , I've owned many servers myself & used the control panel for my server & for Flexus.
How much experience do you have with blesta?:
Not much , I'm more experienced with WHMCS.
How much experience do you have with tawk.to?:
I know how to use it , I've used it for a company I used to work for.
Are you good at Live Chat Support, Ticket Support, or both?:
I'm good at both.
Why are you applying for this position?:
I'm interested in helping upcoming companies & hope to get paid to make some extra cash ya know? :p & I have a lot of time on my hands so I can be active a lot.
If a customer/visitor was swearing at you, how would you handle this situation?:
I would handle this calm & keep my attitude professional , Some customer/visitors come on to trash talk so I would either tell him to stop or else I'll end the livechat.
If a customer/visitor asks you to do something that you don't have permission to do or can't do it, what would you say?:
I would tell him that I will contact a higher staff member to support him with whatever inquires he might have.
Please tell us a little bit about you!:
I'm a simple guy , I really like sports and I've always enjoyed owning mc servers & such.

How much experience do you have with multicraft?: I have alot of experience using multicraft, have used this when running many servers in the past and am capable of providing support and help to customers who are struggling to use the panel.
How much experience do you have with blesta?: I have not used Blesta before however I have used WHMCS which I have some experience in and I am a fast learner so will able to learn how to use blesta in a short amount of time if needed.
How much experience do you have with tawk.to?: I have not used tawk.to before but have used many other live chat tools so will able to easily get used to tawk.to and help your customers on live chat.
Are you good at Live Chat Support, Ticket Support, or both?: I am good at both and would happily control both your live chat support and ticket support.
Why are you applying for this position?: I have alot of time on my hands so I am interested in using some of my time to help a new fellow hosting company out, which will also allow me to gain more experience in the hosting and support field.
If a customer/visitor was swearing at you, how would you handle this situation?: I would keep calm and polite whilst trying to ask the customer to calm down as well. I would then try to solve the customer/visitor problem that they are complaining about. If the customer/visitor does not stop complaining, I would warn them that I will end the chat and if they keep carrying on, I would end the chat.
If a customer/visitor asks you to do something that you don't have permission to do or can't do it, what would you say?: I would tell them that I am unable to do what they asking and I will contact someone from higher up to help them with what they want and that someone should get back to them in the next 48 hours depending on what they are needing.
Please tell us a little bit about you!: I am a kind, friendly guy who has alot of free time on his hands and enjoys browsing forums and playing video games especially Minecraft.

Not a very wise business move as you probably just lost a customer.

Well I wouldn't end right away, I would spend at least serveral minutes with him to try help him but sometimes you can't always make a person happy and if he keeps arguing, etc there not much else I can do and others may be waiting in a queue I have to deal with who actually are calm and need help.

I'm sure this guy needs help too. Try writing "la la lalalal lala".. I hear the words soothe people, maybe the text will too!

He may do but arguing on a live chat will not get them help if they do not explain the problem and carry on complaining. Also not sure what you trying say in your next sentence....

Plus let's try keep this clean for op and his applications, I am only trying to apply for a position to help them out and gain experience...so I will also gain even more experience dealing with any angry, etc visitors/customers.

I do not need to understand your joke, I always say jokes and understand other ones and are you apart of this company? If not how can you say I am denied.

How much experience do you have with multicraft?: I use it on a day to day basis, I'm constantly using it and I'm if ular with other control panels that you can use that are significantly better then Multicraft.

How much experience do you have with blesta?: going to be honest, not sure what this is, I am willing to learn on my own time!

Why are you applying for this position?: I'm hoping to be paid a little bit to afford the basics of my host without using s large amount of my allowed money for my host on the first month.

If a customer/visitor was swearing at you, how would you handle this situation?: Well, Fist off, I would nicely ask them to stop swearing, if they don't I will just try to solve the issue as best as I can, if I cannot fix the issue, I would redirect the issue to someone who can.

I would tell them to please be patient and they will be directed to someone who has that kind of power.
