If a customer/visitor was swearing at you, how would you handle this situation?: I would keep calm and polite and ask the customer to calm down as well. I would then try to solve the customer/visitor problem that they are complaining about. If the customer/visitor does not stop complaining, I would warn them that I will end the chat and if they keep carrying on, I would end the chat.

If a customer/visitor asks you to do something that you don't have permission to do or can't do it, what would you say?:

What is your timezone? Mine is currently CST, Central Standard Time

How much experience with Multicraft? I've used it for 2 years and I know the insides and out.

How much experience with Blesta? Seems new? I would love to tackle it on and solve any problems with it or use to your advantage.

How much experience with Tawk.to? I've used it from a client side of view, I would fit just fine working it from the staff's point of view.

Are you good at Live Chat Support, Ticket Support, or both? Honestly I can handle both since I do just fine with interactions with other people that are based at an age of 12 - 20.


Why are you applying for this position? Well, I usually need to keep moving / make myself occupied since that is how I focus sometimes, so I asked myself why not apply for a position that will occupy and let me meet new clients to talk and solve there problems.


If a customer/visitor was swearing at you, how would you handle this situation? I would ask the client what is there problem in a discreet manner since when they are usually frustrated they will release some type of anger. I want to make sure the client is always welcomed and is made sure their problem they have will be attempted to be solved. If they keep continuing, I will flag to my supervisors to handle, unless they are not on. If they happen to be offline, I would temporarily mute them and flag them to my supervisors.


If a customer/visitor asks you to do something that you don't have permission to do or can't do it, what would you say? I would tell them, "I can not perform this action, however, I will flag this for my boss / supervisor to look into."


Please tell us a little bit about you! Well, let's start from the beginning.

I'm xLucky, I own a network called Christguru Network with a 20 playerbase. I also manage Linux based servers with MySQL and other configurations of sort such as Redis, Apache Web Server, and more. I also love to write and read when I am off of technology.

I usually am on a tight schedule but I will always make sure I dedicate at least 2 hours of managing client support and requests they have.

I will make sure the quality of my work is out-preformed and better corrected each and every time.

How much experience do you have with multicraft?: Yes, i was a server owner at one point. I am good at backups, plugin configs, etc. I can help with anything/console managements!

How much experience do you have with blesta?: Yes! I have heard of it. It's for handling clients and billing related manners.

How much experience do you have with tawk.to?: I am pretty sure it is a live chat software client. Not 100% great with it to be honest.

Are you good at Live Chat Support, Ticket Support, or both?: Yes, on my friends website i was actually a live chat related manner. I have helped lots of people.

Why are you applying for this position?: I want to learn more about hosting management and in that manner i want to learn how to assist my customers and help them so i can help them achieve their goals.

If a customer/visitor was swearing at you, how would you handle this situation?: I would simply, give them a "warning" or tell them "Can i do anything for you?" If needed i would simply end the chat.

If a customer/visitor asks you to do something that you don't have permission to do or can't do it, what would you say?: I would tell them i can't do it and pass that to a higher ranked staff member :).

Please tell us a little bit about you!: I love helping people and really like server managing and Minecraft. I have been playing for some time now and want to see the impact i can make on helping you guys!
Unfortunately the application lacks detail and all your experience is centred around owning a server, with very little as an admin or someone working to help someone, therefor I'm sorry to say the application is denied.
