Staff for the Ataria Network!

Hello!
Today we are looking for more Helpers and Mod's as we are expecting around 200+ players on within the first week or launch. This would not be paid but we are looking for a staff team we can trust and can slowly be promoted. You would have the opportunity too play with youtubers in private recording sessions when needed (For new game releases that need players but have not gone public yet). As far as an age requirement goes if you are professional and mature about everything it will not matter, but we are looking for around age 14+ but not a set age. As far as format goes please just state the experience you have with moderating servers and any other information you seem important.

We currently have Vikkstar and Lachlan and a few other youtubers coming on within the next week so the player base should be at it's prime very soon which means we need many qualified staff members. Please make sure you put as much information as you can so I can get the process done a bit faster. Thanks for all the applications so far

Skills/Abilities:

• Staff Management- I am fully capable of finding and looking for a team of staff required for moderating a network. I like to keep things small and organized. For a network I tend to prefer 1 admin per server to watch over everything and 3-5 mods to perform basic moderation tasks.
• Project Management- I can take a large project, split it into parts, and allocate work. Additionally, I can keep a large project on task and organized. I can manage a large team required to complete it as well, making sure deadlines are achieved on time.
• Server Design- I have a large quantity of experience designing and creating servers from scratch. I know exactly how much planning and work it takes to launch one server, let alone a network. I like to really plan out what I am going to do before I start, usually in a team setting.
• Plugin Configuration- I can configure any plugin to required specifications. I am already familiar with most major plugins including Essentials, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, Quicksell, Coreprotect, Playtime, ClearLag, Factions, CombatLog, etc. If there is a plugin I am not familiar with, I am more than happy to take the time to learn.
• Moderation- I have a large quantity of experience conducting moderation tasks, so if need be I can definitely assist in this manner.

My Main Goals

• The Players- I like to see it as the players are investing their time a server I staff. As staff, it is our responsibility to insure the player gets the most gun and entertainment possible. I want players to have a good time, be entertained, and feel safe.
• Assisting you in your journey- The journey your about to set off on is long and hard. I know because I have been down it many times. I see potential in your network, and I want to help you make it thrive. I know how hard it is to find professional, diligent, friendly staff these days and I want to be that person for your network.

I have been Moderator on Skydoesminecraft's MCnebulas Server Before it went down. I have also been a helper on yours and Matt's before server (LoxLounge).

What it means to help:
I know i may not have as much experience moderating a bunch of servers but it doesn't matter how many servers you have been staff on its what you have done on those servers that count. Y=someone could have Moderated 20 severs with 1K+ everyday, but they also could have been inactive or rude the whole time while they were there. I believe that the staff needs to show there dediction to the server already before they are accepted or denied.

Hello my name is Shane and I am a 16 year old Australian teenager currently in High School. My previous experience is mainly within hosting servers myself. I have owned many Minecraft and Garry's Mod servers and have even run a hosting company that I sold. Previous experience consists of being Admin or Mod on small servers that I cannot even remember names of because I have not applied since like last year xD. I work in teams really well and can also communicate and calm heavy situations down due to experience where I work where I have had to calm down people from fights and heavy arguments. I also communicate very well with people due to previously owning servers and when I ran my hosting company where I had to communicate with clients everyday.

Abilities: As a staff member I will be able to help players who are in need such as guiding them on how to play the game. I will be able to keep chat clean by warning for foul language, mute for spam, and banning for IP advertisement. I am able to enforce the rules to player and not abuse my powers by giving unfair punishments to players or using unfair items in-game. As a staff member your objective to maintain a positive community which will drive more players. I am able to moderate chat with at most 75 people when alone. I will be able to help any players with questions and keep chat steady and clean. If at any time there is a situation where chat would get out of hand, I would mute chat for a minute addressing the rules to the players. After I unmute chat if any player continues to get out of hand, action will be forced upon.

Projects: I will be able to help with future projects you might have like Rocket League which will be coming soon. I do have experience setting up some of the well known plugins like Essentials, Factions, WorldGuard, and WorldEdit. In addition to this, I will be able to find any bugs I might come across that needs to be fixed.

Its a really good community and I would like to participate in it. I have staffed many different servers and a few are still up but many have gone down due to financial issues. I think I would make a difference to the server because I could get feedback from the players on how they like it and improvements the server can make to make it better. About myself: I currently have been staff on about 4 servers (around 20 people per server) but they all have died out. I am comfortable with identifying hacks and won't be an idiot with that kind of stuff like many people on Mineplex. (not saying all people on Mineplex.) If I am chosen to become staff on this server I assure you I can and will take my responsibilities firmly and seriously without abusing my powers. I also will enjoy being staff on another servers for all the servers that I've owned have died out due to financial issues. Overall if I am lucky enough to be chosen for staff I can guarantee that I will make the server better -- or atleast do my best!
