Hello!
Today we are looking for more Helpers and Mod's as we are expecting around 200+ players on within the first week or launch. This would not be paid but we are looking for a staff team we can trust and can slowly be promoted. You would have the opportunity too play with youtubers in private recording sessions when needed (For new game releases that need players but have not gone public yet). As far as an age requirement goes if you are professional and mature about everything it will not matter, but we are looking for around age 14+ but not a set age. As far as format goes please just state the experience you have with moderating servers and any other information you seem important.

We currently have Vikkstar and Lachlan and a few other youtubers coming on within the next week so the player base should be at it's prime very soon which means we need many qualified staff members. Please make sure you put as much information as you can so I can get the process done a bit faster. Thanks for all the applications so far

• Staff Management- I am fully capable of finding and looking for a team of staff required for moderating a network. I like to keep things small and organized. For a network I tend to prefer 1 admin per server to watch over everything and 3-5 mods to perform basic moderation tasks.
• Project Management- I can take a large project, split it into parts, and allocate work. Additionally, I can keep a large project on task and organized. I can manage a large team required to complete it as well, making sure deadlines are achieved on time.
• Server Design- I have a large quantity of experience designing and creating servers from scratch. I know exactly how much planning and work it takes to launch one server, let alone a network. I like to really plan out what I am going to do before I start, usually in a team setting.
• Plugin Configuration- I can configure any plugin to required specifications. I am already familiar with most major plugins including Essentials, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, Quicksell, Coreprotect, Playtime, ClearLag, Factions, CombatLog, etc. If there is a plugin I am not familiar with, I am more than happy to take the time to learn.
• Moderation- I have a large quantity of experience conducting moderation tasks, so if need be I can definitely assist in this manner.

My Main Goals

• The Players- I like to see it as the players are investing their time a server I staff. As staff, it is our responsibility to insure the player gets the most gun and entertainment possible. I want players to have a good time, be entertained, and feel safe.
• Assisting you in your journey- The journey your about to set off on is long and hard. I know because I have been down it many times. I see potential in your network, and I want to help you make it thrive. I know how hard it is to find professional, diligent, friendly staff these days and I want to be that person for your network.

I joined this server a few days ago and was asking a staff member some questions. He randomly decided to go to a different lobby (there was like 3 people on the server.. so not like he couldnt see my messages). After joining the server he was on and getting a little help he seemed to get angry at me for asking for help.. which is odd since ya know staff = helps or so i thought.

Don't remember the name just wanted to point that out.

My name is Jay, I'm 16, been playing for around 2 years, very interested in a staff position. Past experience has been Owner of LegendaryNations, earning around 200$ in donations, Owner of ParadoxPVP, earning over 500$ in donations, and Admin on DivineKingdoms, earning over 1000$ in donations. (Can provide proof if needed) if I get staff, I will log in at least once a day and get at least 2 hours in of moderating the server chat, forums, etc. I'll mute, kick, ban, all the usual stuff for the bad kids. I've had a couple years of experience so I know what I'm doing. I also love sitting on forum sites, so I can monitor the site as well. I'll probably end up recording on there for my YouTube channel as well, which is still growing, but I can get a few more people on. I've owned 3 servers (2 successful ones), and administrated a third. I know how donations work, groups, commands, permissions, advertising, hosting, plugins, all of the stuff I used to have to deal with daily. If you ever need any help with the server or a plugin, I will usually be able to find someway to help, whether it be trial and error, or looking up a Wiki page. (I can also do the really tedious stuff no one wants to do like setup shop signs or permissions, those are gnarly.) I've also had a bit of experience with BungeeCord/Lilypad and multiservers and whatever, so I can help a bit with those if needed.

Have you been staff on another server before?: Yes, I have been staff on many many servers, some being the most popular servers of their time. I am very experienced in working with minecraft servers, including all types. I was Mod on KyuziRaid and Daegonne. I've probably been staff on around 10 or more servers. I was also staff on HCFPVP, a large HCF server plus many more. I am also very liked and respected in every community i play in and i take pride in that.

Why should I pick you: I am a very nice person who respects the players no matter friend or foe, i pride myself in being un-biast. I am honest and respectful. I respect the players decisions on matters and know the standard i am held to. I understand how minecrafts servers and communities work, there will always be two sides to a argument, and you must try to fully understand each sides perspective and come to a rightful decision. I am also very mature and understand how serious being a staff member is. I usually never troll or act un staff like, and i am not ignorant to others opinions. I know how to catch hackers and understand all the hacking clients and what is included in them. I also make sure i am right before making a ban that deals with hacking while also trying to obtain the most proof possible, even asking a higher staff members opinion. Yes, i completely understand it is not a joke to be staff. You are a role model for the community and are there to help the players. You are there to enhance their gameplay and overall experience. I answer questions i am asked unlike in many servers where staff ignore all questions, even if im busy i try to reply, my job as staff comes before playing. After recently leaving Daegonner (old staff member), i feel like i want to help out another server, put my skills to good work. I like helping players enjoy their minecraft experience and have fun. Im very mature and always like to revise situations before making a solid decision and understand the problem. I try to resolve issues to the best of my ability and help out the players.Many people apply for mod. A lot of the times people do it for popularity or for the perks. Unlike all of them I will put in 100% of my effort and will not take the word "mod" as a perk. I really like the server and its community. But thats not the only reason why I would want staff on Pulse. If I like the server I want to help and better the server in every aspect that I can. And if you like something you are gonna want to take care of the object that you are attracted to. In this case it is a server, I even donated to the server showing that i love it.

What would you do if someone was spamming: I would mute them for the time that the server rules say (15 mins) then if they carry on 30mins then to 1 hour. If after the three chances I would give them a small tempban of 30mins-1 hour.

Why do I want this position?
Well I am currently staff on this server called slabcraft, the old Owner has resigned and the new Owner Mick has taken over his job. Mick is the old McMarket owner, I am looking for another and new server to enjoy and bring my skill and experience to and i chose Ataria Network.

I also have the tendency to help servers in anyways I can , I enjoy helping people and assisting them in anyways possible.I love the feeling of knowing I made one player have a smile on there face as they leave knowing they will come back to have a great time.

I have a lot of spare time and rather than sitting around doing nothing I'd like to spend this time doing something good for the server knowing, I can say I have done something good today. This isn't why I want this position for me , I want the position for the good of the server.

These are my reasons why I would like this position as a Staff Member.

I havn't been demoted on a server yet , and I hope to keep it this way. Through out being staff on these servers I have learnt to respect other staff and work with them for the best of the server. I would love to bring all my experience to the server and make it a more loving and friendly server for everyone.

1) Make a more friendly and Non toxic community.
2) Make sure all new players are welcome to the server.
3) Get rid of any rule breakers in my path.
