Hello people of MCM!
I'm currently looking to recruit some new staff members for my server IslandPvP!
First off ill give some detail about the server then at the bottom of the thread ill link the Application, If you just interested in applying you can apply Here

History of the server:
The server is just over 9 months old and started off with mutiple gamemodes (Factions/Skyblock/Prisons etc) But then around 6 months ago reduced down to just having factions this was in an attempt to focus all efforts on making 1 good gamemode not 5 meh ones. When you log into the server you see a hub, this is mostly used for reboots over anything else although i do plan on fixing up our old Cannon server and adding that back into the network at some point.
Plugins:
We had around 30 Custom plugins that range from Anti-cheats to Sponge plugins, Next map we will be adding in a whole custom gamemode although the details have not yet been released
Websites:
We have 3 "Main" websites, Our forums, Our ban panel and our Buycraft.

You may notice the Ban panel has a lot of kicks, This is from our "God" of an anticheat
Playerbase:
You can find our .org listing Here
Our playerbase is mostly a US/EU Playerbase although we do have a few NZ Players
We have a plugin that makes players add us to the server list, On this we get around 12,000 Players with the server added to their server list (This is refreshed weekly)
Here is a bit of a preview of the playerbase if you're too lazy to take a look at the link about.
