The managers and above I understand, but I don't think you're gonna get unpaid helpers who are willing to spend 6-8+ hours a day on your server. 2-3 hours a day max imo. I do think you should lower some requirements unless you intend on paying them extremely well.
Just a suggestion tho :tup:
What I mean by on call for management is being able to pick up there phone come on discord or get in contact with the network some how. You are not required as this is desired and only wished upon if you were management. Some people live busy lives and if you can not do this it's totally okay.[DOUBLEPOST=1618473684][/DOUBLEPOST]

Very immature of you as your a server owner to come over to my thread for no reason and say it's a bad thread? I put a lot of time into it same as the project I'm working on. It just shows how serious you are with ruining your reputation if you have the mentality to come over to my thread and make fun of it.

I hope so yeah. This is ridiculous lol, even just finding good staff members is a hard thing to do, to just require them to be available 6 hours a day? You should be living up to their desires not just put requirements on a thread without explaining more about the project and perks that come with being a contributor.
Also, try to be realistic when it comes down to management positions anyone that has 8 hours/day available to spend and over 3+ years of experience is probably working for some big network or moved onto something in real life.
I feel like when we pay $100 a week it's fair request to be on 5-6 hours a day what do you think? monday - friday

This has to be a joke thread, you've obviously never worked in customer service a day in your life if you think calling someone out in a thread is normal. The first thing people look at on threads like this are the comments and responses. If I was looking for a serious position at a project and I saw the owner of said project "calling someone out" for their ridiculous expectations, I'd move on so quickly.

We pay $100 a week for management to work 5-6 hours a day. not 6-8 not sure where you got that from I edit my message before you replied. Our managment team is happy with there pay and the work they have to do is very minimal not expected a lot. Sorry you feel like this is unfair you can protest more if you want good day.

At the end of the day it's minecraft. Minecraft job opportunities are low as it is. In the future we will increase are payments of 100$ week to something higher.
