For our developers we may ask you to sign a NDA and same for Management. It's nothing serious just for reinsurance for payments, and security. This project is a minecraft server were there is a lot behind the signs with a really big budget of investors looking for professional roles. Expectations:

Developers -
Minimum Requirements

• 2 Years Experience in Java
• Experience with SQL Databases
• Experience with git source control
  
• Experience with CraftBukkit/Spigot

Desired Skills

• Deep understanding of concurrent programming
• Familiarity with test-driven development
• Experience with Maven build management

  • Able to work 5+ hours a day
  • Over the age of 17
  • 3+ years experience with some sort of management.
  • Have a resume of past work
  Desired Skills
  • Able to be on call 16 hours a day ( not working be available )
  • Strong communication and team working skills
  • Real life working management skills.
    
  Staff Members -
  Minimum Requirements
  • Able to work 3-6 hours a day
  • Over the age of 16
  • Professional in all instances
  • Have a resume of past work
  Desired Skills
  • Be connected to the network 7-8 hours a day
  • Strong communication and team working skills with players and other colleagues

At the end of the day it's minecraft. Minecraft job opportunities are low as it is. In the future we will increase are payments of 100$ week to something higher.

Yep, there you said it. "At the end of the day its Minecraft". So why on earth are you forcing your staff to work 6 hours a day, 5 days a week? A childrens game that shouldn't have "real life pay", shouldn't have "real life work hours" either.

let's do some math here.

5-6 hours a day, 5 days a week. that's 25 hours a week, at minimum.

4 weeks in a month, 100 hours a month.

100 hours a month / 100 dollars a month = $1 per hour.

nobody work work for that sort of money. I as a developer myself can speak for all of the developers on this platform, and say that's absolutely insane. especially considering the amount of experience you require, no competent developer would work for this money.

That is not at all how much developers get paid. That was managment gets paid 100$ USD a week to work monday - friday and developers is a totally different subject.

well wither way, that number would still apply to management. at this point it would be charity work.
