Do you have any experience in managing?
Have you had any past staff experience? I am very experienced and do not make silly mistakes and can stay professional. I have worked on several servers and have had a variation of positions on different sized servers.
From this you can see I'm a good staff member and a very good person at screen sharing and taking care off stuff calmly.

What can you bring to PurePots?
I think I am a very worthy candidate and should be chosen to become a staff member, overall I am an outgoing guy who is really chill and loves to connect with players and at the same time act professionally and help out the server, I think I set a positive role model and always show the rules and not a negative example. I'm not toxic and hardly ever lose patience and have outbursts, I have a very strong mind-set and can set myself targets and this is what I want to do. overall I think I'm the right person for the job because of my qualities, personality and experience. Here are some of the qualities I think I have:

Communication:
I have TeamSpeak on my IPad and computer and i have a very clear voice.

Mutual Respect:
I have a mutual respect for everyone including players and people I do not like. I'm nice to staff members and never raise my voice to them I treat them like family.

Failure:
I hardly mistakes but when I do I always learn from them and make sure they don't happen again, but i don't make that many mistakes I'm a very intelligent person and like to get to the bottom off things.

Patience:
I never rush staff members or players because it can rush them and make them not do it correctly i have a lot off spare time on my hands so I'm willing to wait around a very long time, I have patience and never rush into things also.

Mature:
I'm a very mature person I never tell lies to staff or other players I'm a nice person and nice to staff members and have played here a long time I help people in chat and talk to people in the TeamSpeak and never raise my voice to them even if I don't like them.

Respect:
have a mutual respect for everyone including players and people I do not like. I always listen to everyone's opinion and do not judge people, I always respect someone no matter how rude or immature they are as I know as a staff member I have to be a role model and show players how to act, I know for a fact if you do not have respect as a staff member you will quite quickly get a name for yourself and most likely get demoted for this.

I know that I can only revive people if they have proof or if they hacker got banned or if the server was lagging, I also know that ghost clients are a perm ban so are auto clickers but stuff like radar and X-ray are temp bans. But if a member comes in TeamSpeak and say they got insided and there were no admins on I would tell them to wait in admin support waiting room until a admin comes online and I would leave a message in the staff chat, Also if someone plays a screamer in TeamSpeak they will be banned and if someone refuses to screen share they will be perm banned. I know a lot off stuff to do with being staff.

If people admit to radar or x-ray they will be tempbanned I promise the support rooms will always be clear and ill be in TeamSpeak helping people, I'm a nice guy to people and staff but I used to be mean but I change to be staff and I changed to get more friends and to be more liken and I proved to my self I could do that.

I'm a nice person, If someone needed to speak to me ill speak to them. If people are waiting I will help them I will not wait I will help them straight away. If someone says they lagged out with no proof they will not be revived because I cant just do that for everyone but if they do have proof they will be revived and if they server was lagging out they will get revived by me but ill ask them what time they died by checking there logs or there death ban time if its all legit they will get revived.

I would be good for this job !

Can you record? Yes I can I have bandicam and I will record all my bans and anything what happens and its not laggy when I record.

Do you have a Microphone? Yes I have a razor microphone.

What do we expect from a Helper?
What you need is a active player and who can run the server correctly, I'm that person who can do that I can screen share and sort stuff out professionally without causing arguments and you also need a staff member who tps to people fast that's me and also you need someone who sorts the TeamSpeak out because I'm pretty sure there will be a lot off people waiting, you also need a active member on forums which I can do and if you need me on for any staff meetings or conquest eotw and sotw ill be there!

I can also screen share people, I am very confident at screen sharing and can find a lot off clients and ghost clients I also have a screen sharing tool to help me if I get stuck while screen sharing someone but I'm pretty sure I wont need it I know how to do it all and you can even test me in TeamSpeak if I get the part. And I can screen share people this a MAC computer.

I know I am the right person for the job and with all my qualities and experience I want to make Purge Pots a better place. With my strong connection to the community as I a am a player on Purge Pots to enables me to have a new point of view when I'm screen sharing or assisting a player in TeamSpeak as I the most common lies people use in support rooms to get revived. I have been apart of Purge Pots for a long time now and what to have an affect on how it grows, I love playing the server and talking to the community and think I am right for the job.

What do we expect from you?
Not to abuse, to be active and help people in chat and to help people in TeamSpeak, I'm very active so that means I can help out a lot that's a good thing you also expect me to know how to screen share people which I do and you probably expect me to know all the commands which I do as you can tell from the servers I've been staff on.
I'm a very mature person and nice to members and nice to staff members even if I don't like them but I like them all, I'm a good player I do my work professionally and set a example and if someone spams chat they will be muted and ill keep a eye on the TeamSpeak just in case anyone needs help and ill be looking for hackers.

Do you have any experience - I have a lot of experience specially Factions and HCF servers

I have 3 Main Experiences

1. I was and currently am a helper on a 1.8 factions server I caught a few hackers on there and I helped players that were stuck and new. I observed hackers and from that, I can spot them very easily

2. This Is another factions server and it was 1.8 as well on this server I was a Sr Mod although the server is now dead (closed) I caught many hackers on there I had to mute players and I had to really observe the smart hackers that thought they were undetectable I caught them as I am used to catching really smart hackers.

3. This time it's actually an HCF server there were a lot of killaura , Bhop and phase hackers and I find this helpful experience as PurePots Is an HCF server. This server I played on showed me what playing HCF was like which is helpful as I got to know what kind of players were on that server after playing on it for a while I went for staff and I improved my application from a lot of tips I was eventually accepted (Trial-Mod). When I started the player base was fairly good (50+ players) I loved talking to the players and explaining what HCF is to the new players. There were a lot of PvP hackers (Killaura , Bhop and auto-clickers) though I caught them very well and always obtained accurate proof I managed to become a Sr-Mod but about a month later the server was shutdown by the owners because they abandoned it and no one could keep it open.

What can you bring to PurePots - I can bring a high quality service of keeping chat clean and catching hackers very well I can be a very dedicated staff member and I am one that would never abuse I can promise to be an active member on the server and I will never hesitate to help a player or answer a Report I will always be sensible as well and respect the server and its players.

Another thing is I am experienced well to SS (screenshare) a player that may be hacking

Can you record? If yes, does your recording exceed 30 fps - Yes I can record in a quality that is viewable up to 120 FPS
Do you have a microphone - Yes
What do we expect from a

Moderator / Admin? Write what you think - I believe that your expectations include

Respect - Don't become angry at someone's decision

Grammar - I should have at least a good correct amount of grammar (so I can be understood)

Sensible / Mature - Everyone and anyone that wants to become staff should remember to be mature at the appropriate times
(etc. when SS-ing Players , recording footage of hackers / exploiters and When answering questions)

Kind - Be kind to new players that need help and make sure they feel welcomed

Maintain your temper / frustrations - If a player Needs help and while you're helping them don't get frustrated if they need a 2nd or 3rd explanation

Laziness - Alright So if a player needs help don't wait for another staff member to help them, if you can try be 1st to help them don't sit around and wait for someone else to help a confused / new player (this happened to me when I was new to HCF so this is one I will always follow)

Don't Rush Decisions - Kind of obvious isn't it? Make sure if you're recording a player that may be hacking don't have 15 seconds of video proof if you aren't sure or 100% that they are hacking take time until you have solid proof

Don't abuse your power-don't tp to a player that is in their base and kill them (don't make a player raidable if you're not playing properly) I never abuse the power and commands that are given to me whenever I have been staff and that will stay that way!

What do you think we expect from you - Well you should of explained a little more about this, but Most of what I have written in "What do we expect from a

Moderator / Admin? Write what you think" are there but I have a few more

Be a good sport - If someone kills you in PvP and you're just annoyed don't hackusate for no reason and Optionally say gg

Foul Lanuage - If it Is not neccessary to use it then don't

Don't Kick and Kill (from your faction) - Thats never the correct thing to do specially if it is a new player normally Don't Kick and Kill is normally a rule but some people still don't follow that rule but I do

Rules - I always respect the rules and follow them I never ever break them and that will stay that way.

Do you have any experience - Lots of experience. I have developed two servers, been moderator on 1 hardcore factions server as well as being helper on a few too. I have owned 2 of my own servers aswell.
What can you bring to PurePots - I can bring determination, activeness and hard-working friendly staff member. I am on minimum of 5 hours a day usually. I have a lot of knowledge of the game after playing it for 4 years.
Can you record? If yes, does your recording exceed 30 fps - I can record. I can also make very good edits and schematics. It does exceed 30fps. I usually record in 60fps.
Do you have a microphone - Yes, a very good, crystal clear one.
What do we expect from a Moderator / Admin? Write what you think - I think you expect a moderator that is very fair and is dedicated to the server aswell as keeping it clean. I think you expect a staff member that is very kind and enjoys their job as well as being very trustworthy.
What do you think we expect from you - I think you expect very hard-work and activeness. Also a wide range of abilities such as, being able to ss, having lots of knowledge on how to detect many things and sort of situations very efficiently. I think you'd expect me to be online a lot and be fair and kind to the community whilst keeping it clean and respectful.

My first ever staffing experience was being a helper on a small factions server that had a player base of 20-40 after a few months I was promoted to moderator during my time as a staff member on this server I learnt the foundations of being a good staff member such as maturity, multitasking, professionalism and many more.Due to the owner unable to fund the server it was shut down.

My second staffing experience was being a helper on a large Factions network with a player base of 200-300 this is were I learnt how to manage out of control situations with multiple (10-30) people having a argument or being overall toxic.During my time on the server I was well respected and players would turn to me if they had any issue with anything, I also learnt how to screen share during my time but due to this being a few months ago I'm a bit rusty but I'm always out there to improve.

What can you bring to PurePots -
I have a variety of attributes to bring to PurePots, these include but are not limited to, kindness, responsibility, maturity, activeness, the fact that I'm a open minded person and much more.I believe my role on the server would to be monitor chat and mute/unmute players as per the rule guidelines, help people in Teamspeak and the forums to deal with any issue that's may occur, go around the server and keeping it clean from hackers/rule breakers and to be a kind face for players to approach .I believe that no matter what time or period a person going through or what's the server is going through I will always show the good stuff and put anything holding me back away so I can keep the positive energy throughout the community.I also believe I could bring my experience and kindness to the community as I have a vast knowledge in HCF with playing it for a year and a bit now and I've seen what different communities need to bring it to the next level.

Write what you think - As a moderator/admin they should check reports and ban appeals and take appropriate action, mute offenders as per the rule guidelines, help out people in support rooms in Teamspeak, moderate the server to keep it clean from hackers these would include, checking out alleged hackers on /report, teleporting to players who set off alerts in the anticheat, and doing a random teleport to check for hackers not setting off alerts such as xrayers, as a moderator/admin they should be a easy to approached by players, they should have good communication to communicate with staff members and be mature and professional.
