Staff Members of any kind! [ NEEDED]

Hello.
My name is Marcus. and I'm currently creating a network server called "Mystic World".
We're currently in need of people of building and Developments and managements of any kind.
Like I said in the title we need any kind of staff members who has got the right requirements of getting it.
We are mostly in need of a great building team and a great developer or developers.
We're not able to pay (yet) because we're creating the server for a moment and hasn't got any donations for that reason.
But when the server is up and running and aer actually getting donations you will get paid for helping us out.


NOTE

You will not get paid for just sitting there and watch, you will get paid for doing work.

Ex
Creating a plugin for us or building a Spawn,Hub, etc.

Only **
Developers
Builders
Programmers
Graphic Designers
Will get paid.

a helper, Moderator,Admin, Head Admin will not get paid for doing his/her's work.
Or will can always discuss that in further day.
and if I see you have what it takes to get paid for doing your job. then you will get paid.

So many people come to ask this, but I gotta hit you with the truth, no one will 'work' for free. The promise of donations isn't a thing sorry, because unlike you think, you are most likely (rarely you will, but rarely) not going to get enough donations to pay your people off. And since other people know that, they don't want to take the risk by working for free for a promise of money later on. It's best if you get investments from other people on MCM and spend that money on your server with hiring developers or build teams. Remember, if you ask for 'any' work and not per project from them, they have got to be paid hourly, which is troublesome if you don't have any money aside to start off. Think of this as a business. You need to have some spare cash to make an idea a reality.

Seems fair enough. Other staff positions unless System admins or just really good advertising managers etc. don't need to get paid. you get staff on a server to make it better for the sake of you liking the server, not for profit.

Best option is to be a developer yourself hehe It honestly cuts so much of the server cost down, and if anyone fucks up, you know it's you.
