What am i looking for?

Im looking to join a server with a player base of 30+ players, I can help players with a smaller player base If needed, but I will not stay there. Im good with configuring plugins, if I find a server needing help with this, Im the person for the job! I can help with setups, but, ill be charging for setups,

Im an ex-staff member on OP-Craft a network with 200-400 players, i was a helper for a week or two, i had a lot of fun there as well as being able to help players, they had Skyblock, OpPrison, OpFactions and UltraOPFactions, soon they are bringing out OPPvp, I resigned from there due to a family member dying, I wish this didn't happen, I would have still been staff there now and wouldn't be trying to get a new staff career here. I was the owner of a factions server called DynamiteRaids, one day im hoping to bring this server back, it had 0 players unfortunately. I had to close it due to lack of donations, and didn't have the money to run it, in a year or two ill try open it. it had lots of cool stuff, but I didn't advertise it enough and due to school i wasn't there a lot.

Information About Me

My names Jake, and I love playing Minecraft with friends when I get home from school, I don't go out a lot so im on Minecraft a lot, I can contribute around 18 hours a week since that was the schedule I was used to on OP-Craft. Ill be on as much as I can, Some weeks I will probably have way over 18 hours because I may have a week off school, as of now im off school for two weeks, so im normally playing Minecraft all day.

What I Would Do If Given Staff

If given staff on your server, I would firstly go onto the website so that I can learn a bit about the server, I would read through the rules a couple of times so I know the basics, than probably get my reputation up on the website by commenting on application depending on if think there good or not, after checking out the website and coming back into the game, I would probably check out the servers warps kits and try get into some PVP so that I can add suggestions or improvements to be added.

We may be friends, but as of recent you've tried to follow my steps, you have a server, yet you're asking to work on someone's else's and you didn't answer guys application on your own. Ok first of all, to look professional and mature, you need to fix your simple grammar mistakes. This includes things such as capitalizing your I's and using proper spacing. Also, as YoloSanta stated,


Next time use the "UP Button" instead of bumping it as this isn't allowed. Quite ironic that you are breaking the rules when you are looking to be staff.

This is wrong, you never ever punish the player first, you always clear chat from public view, mute the chat then mute the player so the player can not advertise while you are trying to punish the advertising player.

If you do not have ban perms, you mute chat and then mute the player then put in slack: player has been muted and requests a ban

Well, I would clear and mutechat first then punish so they cant advertise while punishing them
