Why you want to work/be a staff for us: I am looking for a job as community manager, as the last server I worked for didn't end up so well... I can bring you a professional and interactive community, and help you acheive a higher player base and grow your community!
Recent staff experience (provide proof please.) The main server I was staff on was HydraHCF, I achieved the moderator rank in late 9/15. This was a great experience because I learned how to manage a huge player base as hydra reaches 600+ players every SOTW.

I have a half dozen other tiny servers that only reached a PB of >5, these were all in 2012-13, so I can't provide much proof. As for proof on Hydra, you can ask some staff that were around in September-December on there.
How do you screenshare: As a mod on an HCF server, I learned how to find pretty much all clients (Spook & SpookyCaspar includes!)
I know most of the self destruct tricks and can identify most clients.
What can you contribute to us?: As said in a previous section of my application, I can bring you a very fun and professional feel to your community and staff. I can handle a large player base and act well in stressful situations. I am able to work along side other people, so I will bring a great addition to your server!
How long have you been playing Minecraft?: I started in late 2011, so around 4.5 years!
How many hours can you dedicate daily?: Week days:
1-3 hours
Weekends:1-7 hours

Why you want to work/be a staff for us: I have been getting bored of my server recently as the playerbase has died down. I really enjoy configuration and want to be a part of a growing community. I have recently just been installing plugins on my servers just to configure them but lately I have left myself with nothing to do. I am currently learning Java and hope to help with coding and such.

Recent staff experience (provide proof please.) I am the owner of a small server called SpeedyMC. I completely configurated the entire thing. It is still growing and I am getting a bit bored while I wait for donations.

How do you screenshared: I first check their MC Version. Then I ask them to go to their .minecraft folder. I check their versions folder for any hacks. Then their logs folder to see if they have used hacks recently and deleted them. I check their desktop for any autoclickers or other hacks. I also check their mods folder for any un-allowed mods. I use their home button and search for things like autoclicker and client. After that I check their skype received files and their downloads folders. If they use a razer or other product that supports macros I check their macros to see if they double click or use any other cheats.

What can you contribute to us?: I have a lot of skills and experience with fixing bugs and finding them. I am efficient yet thorough with my files making them as unique as possible. I have experience with all major plugins and will be happy to learn others. I know all of the color codes and such by memory and can swiftly code entire plugins.

How long have you been playing Minecraft?: I have been playing since November 2013 when I got MC for my birthday/

How many hours can you dedicate daily?: About 4-7 on weekdays and 9+ on weekends depending on server traffic.

Previous Configurations: Add me on skype. I will show you some of my config files and my server. I have spent 50+ hours on the server and have done a few configurations for my friends and for other users.
Can you code? I can sort of code. I know the basics of Java and such but am just beginning to learn how to code MC Plugins.

I have a lot of experience. I can setup the templates for the Bans Appeals / Reports, Suggestions, Staff Applications, Rules, and Allowed Mods, as set up the forums sections. I can help with anything need with managing the server. I am very mature, I can deal with the forums and setup the reports and documentation. Staff has lots of responsibility and I am willing to take on the responsibility as staff. I am fully qualified for the position I have offered the server. I believe I have the power to help the server out and make the community grow and expand to bigger brighter things.

As of current my age stands at 15 years old. I turn 16 very soon.

In my opinion, age should be disregarded as it is not a big segment of a staff members / community managers capability.

I have previously managed a server which has a staff member ages 13 that did a better job than all of the other members on behalf of the staff team, and consumed a very quick promotion.

Why you want to work/be a staff for us

I have previously has a smooth experience as a server manager, within the containment of not consuming any errors, and working as hard as I possibly can to fulfil the server owners / servers request.

After I had read your briefing about your server, I sensed the urge of potential, and noticed that I wouldn’t like to take up the role of a helper or moderator, but pursue the role of community management. So here I am, wanting to work, also taken as being part of the staff team for your server, as I feel it has a lot of potential waiting to spurt out.

I am currently not as busy, with only one fairly big project on my hand, ComboMC, I feel as if I could drive to help out another network, so I decided to roam across MC-Market to see what server would like to supplement the role of community manager to a member on here, and I found this server. I feel as I am not very busy as of current, since I have some free time on my hands and you are looking for a role of my profession, I felt the need to apply.

Another reason urging me towards the factors of applying is the based on me loving doing what I do. As a community manager previously, I feel as if I have really enjoyed my time, and I love what I do, talking to the community, helping others out, so why not apply for something you love doing, a hobby in other words.

I am sorry, But I have failed to supplement any cause of proof due to me wiping me PC recently, however, feel free to hop on the servers mentioned and ask a member of the community if I am grasping along the lines of truth

PvPingMC is a network full of potential that I loved to play on. Over my course of being staff, within 3 weeks of me obtaining staff, I was rapidly promoted to head-admin, and viewed upon to be the leader of staff management. At the time, the server had up to 400-700 players on it all the time as painfulpvp was recording on it, alongside a lot of other youtubers. Today the server is still up , and I was previously still staff on it (JrModerator) when I was offered the role of admin once again, but I figured I was not enjoying their community style anymore, as I found it in many ways to be corrupt, so I left.

SunRaids was a server I used to co-own. We used to hit up to 50 players, and at peak 80 players, however, on a regular basis we attend a 20 player basis. The server closed down due to the other owner going against legislations of our hosting company, leading to them enraging in taking down the server.

TotalNetwork was one of the first servers I used to moderate. It used to hit up to 50-100 from what I can remember, possibly even more. I noticed as I was staff there (Trial-Moderator) the server was fun, but corrupt. In the end, the IP was stolen by PvpingMC, which I later decided to join as there was no more TotalNetwork. They later on changed IP and I was demoted due to leaving them for Pvping, however, the server was dying and I discovered how it had no potential. The youtuber with 10k+ that owned it ‘TheKiwiColonel’ has now quit minecraft and settled into playing CS:GO, making videos on it

Frontier network was a server that pursued up to 300 players the time I was head-moderator on it. It had hired many you tubers and had a high budget, the owner being ‘Grant2k13’. Me and Grant had a fallout, and he ended up demoting me.

I used to be a helper on timelesspvp, a long time ago, when SSundee used to record his first ever factions series on there. I didn’t find any enjoyment of being staff, as their staff rules were very strict, such as not being able to raid a players base, and the community was intoxicated with bad players who tried everything to make you quit. I ended up becoming inactive and being demoted as I found the server was not enjoyable.

ComboMC is my most recent, yet biggest server I have ever found myself working on. During my amazing staff experience, I stumbled across a very high member in the minecraft community named ‘Inkzzz’ , also known as luke. Luke is a developer, having developed the football game in the mineplex hub, working for parapots as their main developer, velocitymc, timelesspvp, coalitionnetwork, pvpingmc and many more massive servers. After a while, Luke and I had become good friends and he recognised me for my skills, deciding to award me with community-manager on his server, which has yet to release. We have a very large budget, with one of the best developers and managers working on the case (affixial), we feel comboMC will really get out there, even having VikkStar123 hired for definite to record on mini games when it is yet to release in the summer.

How do you screenshare

To screenshare a player, I would ask normally come across them within the application named ‘Teamspeak’. I would then ask them to obtain an application named Join.Me and to follow the instructions displayed by the application, whilst having me watch. I would then proceed to ask for mouse control and check their .minecraft files, and most of their public files to proceed to see if they would hack. I would also check their downloads, history and much more, as long as the player abides to be comfortable with me proceeding to do so. If otherwise and the player strictly insists of not using teamspeak, I would commence to using Skype with them, on my alternate account.

What can you contribute to us?:

Among the principles I have represented to you above based on my skills, I have much more of a wide range of contributions to offer to you as a server/network. Below I have enlisted in spoilers (in order to make it easy and user-friendly to read) some possible factors I would be able to comply to contribute to your network as a manager within the community

Umong the people that know me, I am known best for staff management within a community. I feel that if I were to be added as a segment to your leadership team on your network, I would be able to offer many features and additions to the staff team. These would include:

*Recruitment within the staff team.

*Evaluation within the staff team.

*Promotions/demotions within the staff team.

*Hosting weekly staff meetings to discuss issues upon the server.

*Managing and maintaining a method of communication within the staff team.

*Updating the staff team on news.

*Providing the staff team with sufficient information upon updates.

*Being equal towards all staff (I feel now as if many managers around the community of minecraft are biased on who they pick, they like to go for people that they know well, and in other works ‘look up to them’. I find this a common mistake as people that always talk to the manager just because they would like staff, are the most corrupt. This is what I have found within my past experience of managing servers.

What I propose towards doing is treating all the staff team equally, no matter how much they talk to me, or how good of a friend they are to me. I judge a staff member on their: Reputation within the community - How active they are - How often they are helping out - If they are doing their supplemented job.)

*Training the staff team to the servers requirements if not brought up to abide by them.

If something goes wrong with the servers, or a bug is found, I can promise I will most likely always be first on the case, or first to discover it. I offer maintenance towards the factors of server issues, and will try and find the best of my capabilities to fix anything that is wrong with the server and to make sure that it is running in the orderly fashion is proposes to be.

I mean, what would a server community manager hold without communicating with his members?! I feel these days, many managers like to disregard the members in their community, which is absolutely stupid, as you are doing the complete opposite of your job. As a community manager, I will be able to contribute a lot of my time and effort into communicating with the community, getting to know everyone well, and making sure everyone is at a stage on the network where they are meant to be, a stage of enjoyment.

Well.. I’m not trying to state the obvious, but I will be able to contribute management within the servers community xD. I feel as if I would be able to contribute a decent amount of time into helping out the servers community, making everything is in shape and making sure every member is happy with the network. I feel as if I have a lot of offer among the terms of community management, it being one of the main roles I have chosen to take upon and fulfil in my minecraft experience. The one thing I love more than being a server manager, Is communicating with the community. I am always curious the know what is going on, how everyone is doing and if there is any way I may help them! I feel that if I were picked to become the community manager, the servers potential would uphold a lot more than it’s previous potential. I know MC-Market isn’t normally the location to recruit professional staff members (the reason for me not using it much) , however, I think that I might take the shot this time! One of the things I am known for in the community, is hosting events. I love to host events such as ‘Karaoke Nights’ or ‘Movie Nights’ on the teamspeak more than the players contributing in the event! Normally, if I host some sort of even like this, It would attain up to 100-200 members in the teamspeak, all singing a song one by one, or watching a movie all together. I also feel as if this is almost the best way to bond with your players on the server, and I’m sure they all have a thrilling experience as well!

unfortunately, words cannot explain everything at the stage of time we are at. I feel as if, on top of all I have mentioned, I have a lot more to offer towards you and your network, especially it being based around pvp, my favourite genre in minecraft! I have been playing minecraft for around 1 1/2 years and am still striving to enjoyment with the game, and am yet to follow its paths of finding new features and additions to the game itself

I may dedicate around 2-8 hours daily, as I’ve said,, I love what I do, some time isn’t an issue for a hobby. Please note that there may be the odd occasion when I am not able to attain time on the server, however, I’m sure everyone has those blimps!
