Thanks for clicking on my post, in which I will offer my services as a manager for your server. I prefer it to be a 40+ playerbase server.

Before we go any further into this post, I would like to introduce myself to you! My name Is Wade and I am fourteen years old. I have been playing Minecraft since 2013. Since 2013 I have learned many things about different forms of being a staff member. I have Moderated, Developed, Owned, Managed, Helped, and Administrated many different servers.

Within the years of playing Minecraft, I have managed 2 servers.

MacawCraft was a 200-230 player base server, which was shut down to EULA issues. I was a manager on this.

BowlerCraft was a 10-20 playerbase server which I Administrated on.

UniverseMC is a 100 Playerbase server which I am currently a senior admin on.

blah blah blah, just useless stuff. Maybe give a bit of detail on what you do on these networks? Other than "am currently a senior admin on." Like that's fucking lazy.

A lot of times I see people in chat and they say,"I need help can you help me?" I say sure! I tell them do /help to see the commands, /warp to see all of the warps, and explain any more information they might need to play on the server.

Ugh.. what would you do if it was something that required more than /help. Like this paragraph needs more detail and elaboration.

[Mentally Flexible]
This means that it is easy for me to catch on with things really easily, which also means if there is anything new that another staff member is trying to teach me I can understand real quick.

[Acceptable]
Okay, so from my perspective it really does not matter who you are, where you came from if you have a disability. I am still open armed to accept you for who you are no matter what.

[Non-Biased]
This basically has the same meaning of Acceptable. I don"t care if you have a special quality then someone else I will treat everyone fairly and respect who you are.

[Good Teacher]
Okay, so if someone is not only new to the server but is new to mine craft I have these books which are a guide how to play mine craft and the server. I can also teach really good if you don't understand the first time tell me I am willing to make sure that you know what you need to know.

[Active]
Okay, so I try my best to get at least 3 hours on the server every day. Mind if something that is so important that I cannot get on the server I will notify staff and post on forums.

[Experienced]
Okay, I am very familiar with people saying in chat that they have been grieved, hacked, or that they are fessing up to doing those things. Do if a moderator does not respond to them because sometimes it may be hard for a 'Non-Donor' to noticed in chat I chat in a dark color and notify all mods that (this player) needs help. However if they just want to fess up I give them the link to the Amnesty page on forums.

[Virtuous]
I hold myself to very high standards in everything that I do in life. I am upright in my personal principles and morals, and I know what to expect of myself. I think this is an important trait to have as a moderator because I can stay efficient, incorruptible, and right-minded overall while making wholesome choices in order to help keep the server up and running properly.

[Have An Open Mind]
As I have mentioned before, I am very unbiased and unprejudiced. That is because I strive to keep an open mind about everything and everyone that I encounter. I am very approachable and I love to be exposed to new ideas and new interests because that is what really makes people unique. I feel that as a moderator, it is necessary to be open-minded because you deal with many kinds of people/problems/opinions every day, and in order to keep things positive and clean, you have to be impartial and accepting of all.

[Dedicated]
I am dedicated to both the server and the community of it. I always try to be on as much as I can, trying to help out people in need. I believe that being dedicated is important to not only the staff team but the server itself. Being dedicated is another great significance to being a Mod and I believe that I can follow through with that.

[Mature]
I am a very mature person and take things seriously. I can joke around every now and then, but when I need to, I can become very serious. When dealing with players that need help, I act very sophisticated and do my best to help them.

Everything said here, is fucking biased as shit, and is subjective as hell based on how you, think about yourself.
