- Wade -, I may be interested in having you join my team. Let me briefly explain my server for you.

I own a server called, Opteron. Opteron is a new server, created 1-2weeks ago (ish). We currently have 2 Owners (One of them being me) and another who is paying. We have two Managers, however I wouldnt mind adding any sort of Staff Manager role, if that is what you would prefer.

Whats makes you different from other managers?

Yes! Thanks for replying. As stated above, I rely on respect being my number one priority. Most managers might have a tendency to have that superiority attitude. However, I am able to run a team with respect being the number one thing. Also, I am able to remain active, bring more players to the server, and to allow the server to strive. I wish I could put more into words.

If you click on the rep, you can see that they were farmed by a group of people who I had a negative experience with. I’m currently speaking with moderators and administrators about the issue.

I don't see why you would include experiences as (junior) moderator when you offer management and server administration.

Experience. Not necessarily just management experience. I felt it was appropriate to add in any and all experience.
