Hello my name is MilkGaming (iCow_). I am an owner of the server called KrakenMC. We are currently looking for experienced staff members to help us get ready for the 8th Map of our server (We have done 6 maps of Oceanic, and one map of Infernal realm!)
We are currently looking to build up our staff team!
We are looking for individuals who are active, respectful, patient, and also have comp factions knowledge of course! We will also be opening SkyBlock!
Also we are mainly looking for a staff manager at the moment, to handle these types of postings, applications, Interviews, and make sure that staff are active and doing their jobs, staff manager is expected to do promotions, demotions, and has to be very active and talkative with the staff team to really get to know them and know what their plans are for the future of the server. We want a dedicated staff team and that is the most important thing!
Another really important attribute a staff manager must have, is that you must be able to tell between a bad applicant and a great one, like I said we really need a dedicated staff team but we obviously want a great staff team.
This position may be paid depending on how much work and effort you put into the server and staff team, if your end goal is just to get money this is NOT the place for you.
IF you are paid it will not be a significant amount of money, as most of the money is going back towards the server.
