Static Banner: High Quality $10

Just as the title states, I'm looking for a static, high quality server banner to use on voting sites that don't accept GIFs, or use GIFs so small that the quality would be horrible.

You'll be doing the banner from scratch, and I'd even prefer you do the lettering, as I'd like something unique.

Am willing to pay more than usual for this, as I'm looking for something stunning.

Let's get rolling. I'd like to have this done within the next 48 hours.
