ABOUT ME
Hey, I'm Steally, Minecraft server manager. I'm 17 years old and I still attend high school. I'm currently living in Serbia(GMT+2). I've been playing Minecraft for more than 6 years and working on servers for more than 4 years. This ranged from simple moderation and helper jobs to managing whole servers and having my own server. I'm really good team leader and I've been on many responsible positions that required really good team work and organization.

EXPERIENCE
I've managed many servers, they mostly were just small servers with small player bases(30-100), I owned factions server with 50+ player base as well. Positions that I'm most proud of are: Badlion Community Manager and Senior+ Moderator.​

I did many jobs there, from doing ban appeals, dealing with reports, checking ip evading and getting geo location to confirm ip bans, reviewing staff applications, doing staff evaluations, tracking staff activity and making decisions about promotions to more community based jobs like organizing tournaments(1500$ price pool), events(open mic night, fp...), writing forum articles, managing social media accounts with large following(twitter, youtube), having small projects(Badlion podcast...).
