Greatest work Iv'e ever seen, this could go for billions!
Paint.net is a little intenseMake sure it's made with paint.net and better than mine.
Thanks for taking the time to write this. People do indeed share different opinions as you can see from the previous posts. But, there is indeed a certain level of expectancy if you wish to call someone a designer. In my eyes, designers have the passion, skills and are willing to learn more no matter how good of a designer they are. But in this site, many people aren't willing to learn thus having barely any skill or knowledge. Many people who have designing threads up usually do it as a "hobby" which means they don't take courses or anything. This type of people are one of the people I feel should not be called "designers"So, what are you basing this on? Are you basing this on yourself? So, "you're not a graphic designer unless you're at my level or a little under?" - there's no set requirement for being a graphic designer. Anything can be called art, like it or not, even if it irritates you, that's how the world works.
Watching what they do on youtube and copying it is called learning, tracing the steps to a full design. You do the same thing three, four, maybe five times, you start changing it up - modifying it, making it look better, maybe even worse, and make your first piece of art,
you get the general idea of what people like, and continue on from there. Copying isn't ALWAYS a bad thing, in terms of code, it is, due to the fact that you're just typing something you don't understand, but copying art doesn't require knowing special syntax, all it requires is common sense and practice to be good at it.
Just because YOU might be "good" at it(very subjective but sure) doesn't mean you get to tell others when to sell or not to sell. They'll learn the hard way that they'll have to mold their art into the opinion of the majority of the users in the site, and go on from there.
Just because you're irritated because so many people are sharing your passion, doesn't mean you should discourage them.
You don't have to make plugins to be a java developer. You might be a professional java developer but not have a single clue how spigot or the api works. You start from step 1, not 100.
k thx(i'm gonna get so many neg reps and disagrees from this post omg)

And you get more money through those projects than MC-Market because 80% of the people here go for cheaper yet less "professional" workI get all of my freelance work off-site nowadays.
I'm referring to people who actually aren't willing to explore more and just want to stick to the same old designs. Design used to be my hobby but I was willing to take on courses and basically it became my freelancing job which I then focused on other sites. Are you ACTUALLY saying hobbyists shouldn't sell art they make?
I mean, that, you can make that with EVERYTHING. Like apple photo editor.

I mean, you can see he wanted to prove a point, but failed.
this is more confusing than my sexualityBoom. No prior graphic design knowledge. made with paint.net. You made that using photoshop and you also have some knowledge.
I decided not to put too much detail in it because I do not intend to spend more than an hour on something as stupid as that.
