With valid proof there is no way you will win. The problem with F&F is that people chargeback anyways, and the seller gets their account locked because you're not supposed to use F&F for online goods. A person that had this situation recently was FisherGee I believe.

Correct. I was chargedback via Friends and Family; therefore PayPal claimed I was violating their rules by using Friends and Family as a seller.

You can't force the whole forum and sellers to accept G&S only, if you don't wanna pay using F&F then don't buy at all.

I use invoicing and fill it up with the chat logs in the details etc. The couple times someone has tried to chargeback on a commission (which isnt covered by paypal protection) paypal has denied it.
