F&F is not safer, if someone does decide to chargeback on f&f saying they purchased an item your account can be terminated because you're not following PayPal's terms of service. Using g&s isn't actually much more dangerous because as long as you can provide proof you delivered the product they can side with you. F&f forces chargebacks to be unauthorized and therefore PayPal or bank will, in most cases, side with the buyer.

I don't like the idea of MC-Market enforcing terms of your transactions like this. It should be up to our users to decide who pays which fees and how payments are transacted without us forcing you.
