For the amount of work i put into editing my cinematics, I feel that my prices are pretty decent. I might decrease my prices a bit but rendering and recording a 4k video isnt easy and as for my portfolio, here is some test clips i did today. im currently working on a 4k cinematic right now for a client of mines.

The pay to work ratio is reallly off. For 3-5 DAYS of work, $30 is NOTHING, especially for the quality he is claiming.

I'm agreeing with your pricing.
A 4K monitor would be really nice to view cinematics in but the benefits of 4k is that the video looks really sharp on youtube and smooth. Prices are not high because if you're really about your business and want to have one of the best cineamtics. 4k is the way to go. 4k takes a long time to render and record therefore i feel that prices are fair. im not just some kind of randy little 14 year old man, i understand after effects, i actually understand how to do things in the programs i use that most of these little kids on this site dont. i actually put alot of time into my work for the outcome. i understand everyone use that same generic excuase "i put alot of time in my work" but i actually do. quality is literally everything to me and 4k is the way to go.

Let me tell you something about a trailer, trailers are easy man, cinematics take more time than a trailer and more skill. most of these little timmies on this site who make trailers barely have the music synced with the camera likes its so hard. and like i said you dont have to have a 4k monitor to get the full affect of 4k, watch a 4k video, then watch a 1080p video on youtube with a 1080p monitor in full screen. when you watch a 4k video in full screen on youtube. the video is literally sharp, crystal clear. no pixelated pictures what so ever. its not the same when you watch a 1080p video in full screen. i've tested this and you dont need a 4k monitor to see the difference. just wait til im done with this 4k cinematic in the next "few" days. and for the ultimate package. 4k isnt the only thing that makes it dfferent from the pro package. i have to upload the revamped thread image to this thread,

I get what you're saying, not everyone have a 4k monitor so it would be pointless. yes you're right but for the people who do have a 4k monitor who would like a cinematic they're in luck. check out this 4k video and look how crystal clear it is. notice how the blocks in that video are 3d like. thats called POM and PBR. i will have a addon package that allows you to have 3d textures in your cinematic exclusively for the 4k and 1440p packages. and back to what i said, if you have a 4k monitors or atleast a 1080p, the 3d effect is going to look hella good and realistic. talk about being original have you ever seen someone use pom and pbr 3d textures in their trailers or cinematics. if you dont really know what pom and pbr is, search up pom and pbr minecraft on youtube. people dont do it because they dont know how to make blocks in minecraft reflect light and give off reflections and make metals shine in the sunlight. all of this is confusing to you maybe for look up videos and you will see how cool pom and pbr is.[DOUBLEPOST=1477258653][/DOUBLEPOST]
4k will make the pom aka 3d affect of the block stand out more.

aye, you'll be surprised man. if its not worth it then whateves, i still get customers no matter what. i got someone who added me on skype and asked me for a 4k cinematic that im dong right now. everyone might not have a 4k but 4k is "unique". if you have the money and you want something people rarely have, get a 4k cinematic. people still buy it and thats all what matters

Hey there, just a few things:
First of all, there are a lot of attacks in this thread. Come on guys, you're better than this.
Second, let the guy price things how he wants. He can adjust prices according to demand, or lack thereof. You don't walk into a supermarket and when you get to the cash register start bargaining for the lemons.
To the OP: It looks good. Sky and water need some work. They move too quick, and it detracts from the rest of what's on the screen. People's eyes naturally follow movement. If you want to highlight the grass swaying in the wind, the water or sky has to be moving slower than it.
Textures are okay, but I imagine this is just a resource pack you've loaded into your art program? They are so high resolution they take away from what makes Minecraft Minecraft, to me.
Finally I want to throw out that while it's awesome that you can render 4k videos, the question begs: who is the audience that is going to watch a commercial that's 10-30 seconds in 4k? The majority of people will see it in its default youtube size without maximizing or it will be a clip on the side of a page. Not trying to slam you, I just think you might want to shift your paradigm. I don't think video resolution is really a selling point -- you might include multiple resolutions though (high, med, low) for a certain price rather than just high for a lower price.
