Struggling To Upload World To Host

hi, i'm currently using aquatis for server hosting, im using multicraft but cant seem to find out how to get my hub working? i've zipped the hub file and used the ftp to upload it but does not seem to work? could anyone help that would be great thanks

zip the world file then upload and extract it then set the name of the world to world.
