Suggestion's for Utils plugin

Hello, one of my friends is thinking about making a 'Utils core'. We want some suggestions of what you guys would like to see in it.. Whether it be chat utils like clearchat or staff utils, it doesn't mater. In need of suggestions!

It would be nice to implement an editor for the tab list for 1.8 servers.

A global nick handler, which should show the nick in tab list, in chat, etc.

Everything that Essentials has probably LOL
