Sulium screwed up by publicly calling Jhalt out on all issues revolving payments and the pedo claims, if John takes this to court, which i'm sure he will, Sulium will most likely be paying out a fine. Cheatbreaker is also extremely unlikely to be collecting any data which would be considered illegal as well as bitcoin mining, please search up and other Cheat Detection companies and you'll find the exact same TOS agreements as cheatbreaker. You all most likely have an application right now that collects information from you. If the allegations are true or not i couldn't care less, he didn't effect any of us here (special cases obviously) and therefore shouldn't be an issue with us. If John did anything illegal i'm sure that will be brought against him in some way yet I doubt anything will happen.

People acting like John will go to jail for asking a 16 year old for nude pictures etc. If Jhalt has been doing this for years (not proven) then it would've caught up to him by now.

If he has been manipulating people this whole time, what makes you think the nude issue only came out now. He has been working his dirty magic to keep this under wraps. He CAN go to jail for asking a 16 year old for nude pictures even if he didn't ever receive them. He was an adult contacting a minor about illegal activities.
You clearly don't know how the law works and that none of this proof would actually hold up in court.

Though the actions of JHalt as disgusting, I would like to note the motivation for this as it appears to me.
This situation boiling up as described was caused by a DM exchange between JHalt and Sulium, ending in Carson bringing to light the behaviours of JHalt. However, after it does appear to have some premeditation in his plan. . On the stream and in his tweets it seems as though he had a plan for what he would do after. Use the platform he creates by bringing to light these allegations to develop his own versions of what jhalt had created whilst simultanious destroying any chances of JHalt making a meaningful competitor to his servers.
