NDA's have to do with scamming because payments and the rest of the shit is in their and if they fail to hold up on their agreement legal accusations/claims can be made. I would know since I experience similar tasks.

Being able to disclose your payment may be in an NDA but speaking about the failure to pay etc would not be covered under and NDA, you need to research law before you express your biased opinions

it wouldn't just be suliums server that gets players, if people even care to leave minehq, with Jordan being appointed as another owner and Prplz's taking over Jhalts position in FrozenOrb and MineHQ, I don't see the mass majority of people leaving.

It's not impossible, stepping down from a company doesn't mean you cut all ties and you're right it could be a publicity stunt, we'll have to wait and see I guess :v
