Allow so that people with supreme rank can add an animation to their name.

Let's be honest people only bought supreme so they could get the gif as their profile picture. or to delete threads that whole other list of perks is irrelevant.
It is basically a cosmetic only rank nothing major happens with it.

I suppose adding more cosmetics wouldn't hurt continuing on with my Background thread I think Supreme should be able to not only have a yellow name color but be able to have a sort of animation around their name.

As of now, I don’t believe it’s possible to find one.
If this site was filled with animated names, I’m certain I'd burn my laptop in embarrassment for having ever used this website.

Right now, most of the improvements we have lined up are aimed at the entire community rather than specific ranks of users.
I do want to offer everyone more, I just don’t believe sparkly animated names are worth the sacrifice to our image.
If presented any genuinely good ideas, of course they’d be quickly added to our list of planned additions.

Filling the site with cheesy animations reminiscent of elementary school typing games is a good way to turn away a more mature audience. You don’t seem to understand how doing that would negatively impact our community.
We need a mature audience to bring money into the MCM economy, which will be used to pay for everyone’s products and services.
If everyone is poor and the cash circulation is low, our site’s interest to outsiders will continue to deteriorate until there’s nobody who wants to buy whatever it is you have to offer.

Other sites doing it isn’t a good excuse. Our job is to be the best, not be the same.

Imagine a world where small things such as animated prefixes can ruin a 100k+ member website.

Also imagine the cringy animated pfps that exist here already.

I'm honestly fine with this as long as we can toggle animations off. It should be toggled off automatically, retaining their static color/colors, then on user request (whether it be a toggleable button or the such), animations can turn on for names.
