Survival server looking for staff!

Greetings!
I have created a survival server and I am short of staff members who would help develop and advertise the server. If you are looking to be a Mod or an Admin, contact me!

Spoiler: IslanderMC description

IslanderMC is focused on giving you the best survival experience.
As the name suggests, all players are Islanders. The map consists of thousands of islands which are all different biomes(biomes generate randomly).
This server is focusing on enhancing the players survival experience. It's done with economy(jobs, market, chunk claiming) and players can even create their own breweries.
Players can protect their property with claiming chunks(costs 600$ ingame money) and lock their chests, furnaces, doors with /lock.
Players can show off their PvP skills at the PvP arena. Islanders can take some time off from working and brew some alcohol, for that players need to build a few devices.

No, I don't spam on other networks because I know that it's bad for the servers image. My approach is to get youtubers to do videos, be active on minecraft forums and use the voting system.
