I've created a beautiful survival spawn for a customer of mine, but he does not respond on Skype anymore. He never paid for the map or received the files, so I decided to try to auction it here.

Information:

- A picturesque survival spawn featuring a village around a unique large tree
- 14 houses
- around 100m² in size
- Fully built in to the terrain
- No furniture in the houses. They could be used as shops.
- Surrounded by a vanilla world.
- Close to a jungle, taiga, extreme hills, all kinds of forests.
- Every biome within 5km² from the spawn.
- I'm willing to add extra futures if the price exceeds 65 USD
(Info boards, crates, extra portals, more parkour, etc.)

Disclaimer:

I own this map and the permissions to sell it. Nobody has received the files from me. The map was created on my private building server, and I am able to prove this to any customer on Skype via screenshare. If you want to take a look at it before you buy it, screenshare is also an option.

If you've bought this map from me, you may use it however you like. Even resell it. If you want to make it publicly available however, you will need to inform me.

You can use any screenshots or video material as promotional material without needing my permission.

I will keep all the rights to use screenshots and other visual material for personal use, promotion of my service and my portfolio.

Once you've received the world file, I will need confirmation that you've received the schematic to prevent chargebacks.

I am currently creating a factions spawn version. Any buyer will receive both the factions spawn and the survival spawn, both built into the terrain.

The Factions remake is going to take some more time, because my host lost my files. (I still have the files myself, but no the WIP factions spawn anymore)
