While I have been in the MCM community, I have realized there are many items being auctioned all the time. However, I have noticed that many players are taking back their bids. There should be some sort of punishment (ex. 2 day temp ban) if they chose to back out. I understand that there should be the option of backing out if it isn't what you expected but lets say you bid $200 on something where the last bid was $100. Now, anyone looking to purchase it for less than $200 won't bid and the seller isn't getting its maximum profit. As I know this cannot be stopped, I think that this will make players more cautious about bidding. I think that the way this would be reported is if the buyer backs out of the bid you would click the report button and say this person backed out of the deal. As this might lead to it being misused properly, there should be some sort of proof required of a player backing out. This will also keep new players off of these legit threads who bid a insane amount to troll.
