No, I don't have any portfolio but I can send you past project/works
And, I'm an HTML/CSS/PHP/MYSQL and a little JS developer.

I just make the last website frontend development and it's fully responsive.
The second website is a little responsive and I make backend. So, it have many of functionalites and it's secure.
The first and second website are not fully developped by me, so, I want before all make a clean and fully secure website.
I use PHP framework for more security and stability.
But, for a good frontend, I need a designer.
I have a really good french too

And, I want to meet the needs of my customer.

It's very hard to explain what is special about me in an other language ^^

I'm hiring fixed people, because a team need organization and mobile people are a problem for that :/
Maybe in the future if we need an help because we have many work but actually, is not possible..

Your designs seem half decent, although I could do most of them in 5 minutes using WordPress, or just some simple CSS. What is special about you that other people don't have?

Custom coded > WordPress. WordPress is just a cheap way out unlike actually coding it by hand.
