Hello!

I am looking for a teams plugin that grants the following,

Creation of teams by staff members,
Allow for a home set for all team members on so said teams (HQ)
Team chat
Ranks within teams 6-8 preferably
Prefix infront of nucleus prefix for team name
The ability to Join a team without invitation (if no team is already selected)
The ability for players to grant themselves a kit
Permissions if possible

I am willing to pay please let me know price and how quickly it can be made.

Currently using MCClans which can do most of these things without the ability to self join team and grant kit.
