Well that's an official server.
You can buy a lifetime license for $50 on their website. Then all you have to worry about it the pricing of your server you pay for to host the tiny ts's.

You can't actually sell hosting on that license. "For companies or individuals who utilize TeamSpeak but are not in the business of selling (renting) servers to others." So he's either breaking that or using a nulled AHTP License.
