Teleport to spawn on water contact

Hello,

I'm Looking for a plugin that lets you set a spawn point in the config and teleports a player to that spawn point if they fall in water. It also needs to have x, y and z coords obviously, but it also needs to have a "facing" parameter to be sure they spawn facing the right direction. A /spawnset command would be nice too, but not completely necessary.. This is a pretty simple plugin, so I will start my offer at $5, but I'm willing to negotiate.
