Hello, my ign is Isanel, and I am an Owner of the server Ritheguard. Ritheguard is a medieval fantasy role-playing server, and we are currently in development. We are currently creating two cities/nations: The Holy Kingdom of Asaran and The Domain of Barisard. We have a small staff team and a head builder, but we are in need of more builders to help us construct the cities. We will be paying for this work, and so long as your work is satisfactory, we will pay you the full amount. The payments will come in increments when particular projects are done and you have pulled your weight effectively. We pay in increments to ensure that neither the sever or you are scammed out of your money, and this is non-negotiable. We are eager to see your skills and have you join our team to help us complete our goal. When accepted, we will share more of the world's lore and current building plans with you.
All builders hired will be paid 100 USD total if they stick with us through to the completion of the project. The first 40 dollars will be paid up front, 15 dollars will be paid after the completion of the first city, and 45 dollars will be paid for the completion of the last city. Your work will be monitored through self-kept logs. We ask that you keep a detailed log of your work to be evaluated by our head builder on a weekly basis to ensure that your work is satisfactory.
You will be working directly under our Head Builder and Co-Owner, and you must follow their direction. We will give you some creative freedom, but we ask that you keep builds and layouts consistent with the theme of the cities. We also ask that you only start projects with permission, and that you are able to not only independently build, but also assist other builders with projects.
We require that you maintain reasonable and polite communication with your fellow team members, and that you work hard. We will not take disrespect lightly, and it could result in being dismissed from the project. If you would like, we would be willing to have you as a part of our build team with the approval of the head builder as a non-paid builder for Ritheguard. However, for the entirety of this project, you shall be paid. To continue work after this project is completed must be negotiated.
Any attempts to swindle us out of our money or scam us will not be taken lightly, and we will back charge payments if such actions are attempted. Any attempts to grief or cause harm to the server or its world will cause us to back charge all payments, even if you contributed work. However, if you simply do not meet our standards after a point, we will let you off and allow you to retain the money you have earned. We also expect you to follow server and staff rules while working for us.
From us, we assure you that you will receive timely payments, respect, communication, and understanding from the other members of the team. We shall treat you as one of our own members, so if another person harasses you on the server, we will take it seriously. Please do not be afraid to contact us for any matter, and we will respond in a timely manner to your issue.
We require that you be competent with world edit and basic server commands, and we require that you are capable of building in a medieval/fantasy style. You will need to complete a trial when accepted to prove the skills you posses stated in the application. This is mandatory, and it cannot be ignored.
