I messaged Select interested in investing into this project then he attempted to scam $20 as an "NDA." If this is a mumbo-jumbo project should not he have this figured out? Unless he is trying to scam.

In my mind $20 for a idea that could make lots of money doesn't make sense. I could easily spend $20 on the idea then make my own server with the idea and earn my $20 back. That isn't really stopping anyone.

This isn't enough proof to call it a "scam"

It's an accusation backed up by proof. Why would a user go through the trouble with $20 when it would be unexplainable when taxes come around.
