You can't sell premium plugins, as they were not made by you.

The cars plugin is linked @ https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/teemobile-vehicles-for-your-minecraft-server.11863/ and made by InactiveResource.
The auction house plugin, is well, the auction house plugin that everyone uses, and is seen on popular servers.
If the auction house is custom, and you have permission to sell it, then you can sell it, but if you don't have permission, then you can remove the plugin, and keep the config in.

You can keep the config (file & folder) in it, but you have to remove the plugin, because you can't give it away to people.
