I know, But you are...Suicide is no joke.
So, he used sensitive information provided by a user in good faith, to give himself a made-up amount of money as "damages", and then holds the money hostage in exchange from being unbanned here?avsterbone has granted me permission to post his appeal, which can be found below:
Code:Before you read my appeal I ask you clear your head of all negative thoughts and read with an open/neutral mind. Thank You. The Scam Report First let's start with my Scam Report on pieguy (mc-market.org/threads/122944/). In summary, he was hired to do work on the server in exchange for $50. However, he ended up leaking those files causing damages to my server. In that Scam Report it is important to note the amount scammed. I didn't just put "$50" I put "$50 + damages" and I did that for a reason. After the scam report was closed in my favor that then gave me the license to attempt to get any lost funds back. Although this suggestion was declined, accordingly to your beliefs BeBosny you feel the Scam Report should be closed be any attempt to regain lost funds is made (mc-market.org/threads/105297/). By the end of the day the Scam Report closed in my favor and now it was up to me to attempt to get back my lost funds. I sent 2 payments to him. Half upfront as G&S and half at the end as F&F. I immediately chargebacked the $25 I sent as G&S and won. However, I still needed to get the other $25 back plus damages. It is important to note that even though I never declared what the "damages" were M6gaming never objected to them so that made me believe I had the licence to do what I did. How I Gained Access to his PayPal In order for you to understand how I got access to pieguy's PayPal we have to go back to this thread (mc-market.org/threads/101822/). For those who don't know I am known for never loosing a PayPal chargeback so I capitalized on that skill by launching this service. In this service I required users provide me with sensitive information so I can access their PayPal and attempt to chargeback on their behalf. I had many customers throughout this and one of them was pieguy. He added me on Skype and willingly handed over all of his PayPal account details s31.postimg.org/3vdsv7a0r/proof1.jpg . It is important to note in the directions for the service I explicitly wrote "MAKE A TEMPORARY PASSWORD FOR ME TO USE" for security purposes so his account couldn't be compromised in the future. After assisting him with his PayPal case I never touched the information again until yesterday. After the Scam Report closed in my favor it was my job to get any lost funds and damages. This is when I logged into his PayPal account and sent myself $150. Now you may be wondering why the amount was $150. Well, to start off he had over $1000 in PayPal credit (s31.postimg.org/jjtolps6j/IMG_1543.jpg) so if I really wanted to I could have withdraw 1k, but I didn't feel that was an appropriate amount. My initial plan was to send myself another $25 (which would equal the $50 because I couldn't chargeback the other $25) and an additional $25 for what I would consider damages by having my server files now out in public. However, pieguy decided to create an alt account (@avsterbone2) and publicly post my server files on a thread for everyone to use. This added to the damages so now I felt an additional $100 was owed to me because now there being publicly leaked to anyone who wanted them. So it was $25 for the other half of the $50, $25 in initial damages and $100 for posting them for anyone to use. I then proceeded to send myself $150 from pieguy's PayPal. Misunderstandings I know last night I was parading around MCM claiming I hacked into pieguy's PayPal, but that is simply not the case. It just sounded better than what I typed above. I was very wrong to brag about something that wasn't technically true. I also offered to send other people money, but again I was never serious about that and was just caught up in the moment. I apologize for that and never actually sent anyone money. Who's at Fault for What @M6gaming - He never questioned me about what I meant by damages and because of that I believed that since I declared it in the Scam Report I could go after what I believed was mine. @pieguy - He willingly gave me his account information and even after me explicitly telling him to make a temporary password he didn't which allowed me to do what I was able to do. Me - I should not have broadcasted to everyone I had access to pieguy's PayPal and kept it secret and just did what I needed to do. I also lied, saying I "hacked" his PayPal and that I would send free money to people. Alternative Option In case you still feel I am in the wrong, pieguy offered me a deal in exchange to retract his Scam Report leading me to be unbanned shown here https://chatformat.com/YVw4A6ed/ . He wants access to his PayPal account back and the $150 back. He claimed his PayPal is limited, but that isn't true as I just logged into it and there are no issues. I then proceeded to add Coco, rocket & baum to a Skype group where these messages were exchanged https://chatformat.com/0eKZalVN/ . I would be more than willing to accept this offer in exchange for my unban. @BeBosny - Mc-Market has been my world for the past year. I love this community and the people in it. Your site has provided me with so much opportunity from financial to friendships and although I may make a few stupid choices leading to tempbans it was never my intention to be banned for Scamming $150. I believe what I did was justified and hopefully after reading my appeal you see this whole thing is a big misunderstanding. It is now up to you to decide whether you unban me based off of my explanation, the dealI will enter with pieguy or just keep me banned. I hope you consider my appeal after reading everything. Thank You.
LOLyou searched up a comeback!nice come back if I wanted my cum back i'd whip it off your mothers chin![]()
The only person with a non-biased opinion that has no relationship with Avsterbone it seems.Who the hell are you?
No, he wants to resolve the Scam. I believe he will end up refunding the money anyways, but it's totally unfair to not give him a fair Scam Report. So, he used sensitive information provided by a user in good faith, to give himself a made-up amount of money as "damages", and then holds the money hostage in exchange from being unbanned here?
Am I really crazy for thinking this isnt something to sweep under the rug and forgive and forget?
