Well, decided it was time to expose the truth to the public since you won't yourself.

You claim your hardware is company-owned, however after wasting $2.50, I found out it's Online.net's servers. I then proceeded to contact Online.net briefly and asked if the IP block was a colocated and they replied back no. Odd, isn't it? The kids here are stating that they own all of this fancy hardware but apparently the machine I was put on was hosted by Online.net's service. But for now, we won't judge since there's more information.

I then proceeded to check for panel "mc99" since I'm supposedly on "mc100." Alas, I wasn't too shocked to find out only mc1, mc2, and mc100 exist. Odd, I didn't know that when I count it goes 1, 2, 100, must've been doing my math wrong for years. I then decided to search for where this UFO ~~bullshit~~ research was going and only found online scams. Again, I was extremely confused since this is the most trustworthy company I've ever encountered.

So, I proceeded to go a bit deeper just for an extra dose of entertainment. This time, I decided to ping the services as they make the claim of "low ping." Kinda odd to see that my ping was in the 80s and 90s on several tests when they state "low ping" but I mean, I must be the bad guy here.

Also, for those interested as it's a personal pet peeve of mine, they're using a personal email to accept payments too and the invoices are default from WHMCS. Want to shoot these fantastic guys a message? [email protected] is a great place to start. Also, it's pretty funny to see you have a Mexican extension when the UFO research is almost all done within the US. I'd make a Mexican joke but you'd run and hide from it.

Hey there grumn.com, we have a lot of panels with different numbers. Like mc100 mc71 or mc65 and many more. Knowing Online.net staff for a lot of time now we know that they don´t give that information . Of course its says Online.net because we are using the colocation system of them. http://www.online.net/en/datacenter . We didnt say anything wrong and we didnt lie about anything.

The pros of paying friends is using their accounts, but nice try, pat on the back for detective Mexican. Also, I can't seem to find several of your nodes, are you sure you understand how the counting system works? Also, Multicraft has a daemon system for a reason, obviously you didn't take the time to configure that either. As well, you aren't colocating as colo'd hardware is labelled with their own IP space via ARIN. Your IPs aren't but please, continue to lie to the community.

I don't know about the legitimacy of their claims to be colocated, but I have been using them for many months, and I have had multiple servers with them including a 32GB. Their server's performance does not lack in any way. Even if they were reselling, it doesn't change the fact that they work well. I have no complaints about their services.

I had some issues getting familiar with Multicraft for my ftp as I have never used it before. I have sent in 3 tickets 1 because I forgot to add my promocode It was answered within 5 minutes and I am happy they have added my promo code to my packages, second support ticket for how to access the multicraft (total noob), That one was answered within 10 minutes with directions on how to access multicraft. and 3rd was a disregard because in a follow up on the second report Everything was explained to me.

I have to say that I am very impressed with the amount of personal attention I have received with my questions and the timely manner in which I received it.
For anyone wanting to Stress Test the functionality and claims of hardware issues. I invite anyone to come to Victorypass and check it out once my Build Team has finished configuring everything. I will reply with a follow up with the ip.

As far as everyone complaining about how the site looks. I love the minimalist design and ease of navigation through out the site. Granted I do wish there was a bit more info here and there to help noobs like me out but with the ticket response time this is a minor concern.

Summery - Super Great Prices, Great Customer Service, I recommend. A+ so far
