Hello all. Yes I'm a new member and I signed up today to post this and yes that makes me seem like an alt account. I'm not lol
But I'm going to give you my reviews so far anyways for Theminecrafthosting. I purchased 4 packages for my multiworld server VictoryPass and currently in the setup process 1 512mb for my Bungee 1 1gb for my hub and 2 2gb for my factions and skyblock. I had some issues getting familiar with Multicraft for my ftp as I have never used it before. I have sent in 3 tickets 1 because I forgot to add my promocode It was answered within 5 minutes and I am happy they have added my promo code to my packages, second support ticket for how to access the multicraft (total noob), That one was answered within 10 minutes with directions on how to access multicraft. and 3rd was a disregard because in a follow up on the second report Everything was explained to me.

I have to say that I am very impressed with the amount of personal attention I have received with my questions and the timely manner in which I received it.
For anyone wanting to Stress Test the functionality and claims of hardware issues. I invite anyone to come to Victorypass and check it out once my Build Team has finished configuring everything. I will reply with a follow up with the ip.

As far as everyone complaining about how the site looks. I love the minimalist design and ease of navigation through out the site. Granted I do wish there was a bit more info here and there to help noobs like me out but with the ticket response time this is a minor concern.

Just purchased a server from these guys! Cheap but also very high quality, so far i am impressed. Only thing i might warn people on is that there is no plugin download feature in their multicraft, you have to download and upload plugins yourself. Could I ask why your file upload limit using FTP is 5MB's?, I had a client trying to upload files, which has now chargedback as your upload limit is so small, and he couldn't use the files with your hosting.

You can use any FTP program to upload files without any limit!

Ask for a refund... connect to other servers hosted on the same node as yours...

If you are on a budget use Anvilnode.host or Plox.host... one is $2.50 a gb and the other $1.50 a gb. NOT only that but they care about their customers. TheMinecraftHosting has taken days to respond. The longest I have waited on both is 3 hours.

To be honest, their ticket response is not always the quickest however their live chat is on most of the day (with minor downtime) . I would recommend going to their live chat first and seeing if it's up rather than making a ticket. Additionally, TheMinecraftHosting provides pretty nice promo codes to make up for the flaws such as "JULY" for 40% off. 1gb/$1.50. No, that promo code did not expire yet and it lasts forever!
