Hello all. Yes I'm a new member and I signed up today to post this and yes that makes me seem like an alt account. I'm not lol
But I'm going to give you my reviews so far anyways for Theminecrafthosting. I purchased 4 packages for my multiworld server VictoryPass and currently in the setup process 1 512mb for my Bungee 1 1gb for my hub and 2 2gb for my factions and skyblock. I had some issues getting familiar with Multicraft for my ftp as I have never used it before. I have sent in 3 tickets 1 because I forgot to add my promocode It was answered within 5 minutes and I am happy they have added my promo code to my packages, second support ticket for how to access the multicraft (total noob), That one was answered within 10 minutes with directions on how to access multicraft. and 3rd was a disregard because in a follow up on the second report Everything was explained to me.

I have to say that I am very impressed with the amount of personal attention I have received with my questions and the timely manner in which I received it.
For anyone wanting to Stress Test the functionality and claims of hardware issues. I invite anyone to come to Victorypass and check it out once my Build Team has finished configuring everything. I will reply with a follow up with the ip.

As far as everyone complaining about how the site looks. I love the minimalist design and ease of navigation through out the site. Granted I do wish there was a bit more info here and there to help noobs like me out but with the ticket response time this is a minor concern.

Only thing i might warn people on is that there is no plugin download feature in their multicraft, you have to download and upload plugins yourself. lol, just got an email about you partnering with serverjars. isnt not using buildtools to compile spigot illegal?
It is not illegal if you have it but, it is to distribute non buildtools copies of as it is against mojangs copyright.[DOUBLEPOST=1516318877][/DOUBLEPOST]Devouch + Warning this is the worst host ever and the support is horrible just horrible they do not listen to what you have to say and when you are having a conversation with someone and they do not like what you have to say they will get close the ticket they are also a whole "team" of liars and I say "team" because when I talk on livechat and for tickets it seems like one person and for the tickets it is always just this one person I would not recommend them for now on as they are just a horrible host you should go with https://pebblehost.com/ or some other host anything, to be honest as they will probably 100 times better support then here.

This isn't a tail tail sign that ALL sites that lack this are bad, but it is something to be worrisome of. As for my own experiences with them... HORRIBLE!

Let me start by saying, this is my opinion and does not reflect any individuals or groups I am associated with.

I run a small gaming community and work side by side many other community leaders. We recently started out growing the small business server I had that I was running out of my house. So I started shopping for other hosts. I was signing up for one testing their hardware and features, then requesting a refund. Mass majority of the accounts were open for less than 12 hrs.

I am now on day 4 of having a server with "The Minecraft Hosting" and they are unwilling to refund my account. Even though I requested a refund only 3 hrs after opening it, and their site states "We only give refunds the first 24 hours after the payment is made". I tried several times to reason with support but the only thing I get out of them is.....

"Sorry but you must have a problem with your server so we can give you the refund. In this case the refund is not possible because you told us that you don't have any problems with it." ~The Minecraft Hosting

I HIGHLY recommend staying clear from this company. Is their servers good? sure they may work, and the connection may be OK for majority of users. But god forbid you have an issue or change your mind about sticking with their service. Since they are Re-sellers they dont want to give you money back as they have to float that money until they can receive the refund if at all. Completely unprofessional and lacking quality customer service. The money that was spent to purchase a server for testing was paid for by the community I run. I, unlike The Minecraft Hosting, will cover the cost that was lost. Simply because I value a member/customer/user base vs making money.


Happy customers/employees make for a wealthy company. Not the other way around.

You should create a scam report here on MC-Market and if it is not dealt with chargeback on the payment.

Thanks Skittles, I am liking this community. Great resources and a good collection of input and opinions from gamer's alike. I have already started the process with PayPal. I provided some screenshots as well, showing their lack of information on the site. The Knowledge base is completely bare. I dont think I will have any issues with PayPal and a charge back, as I provided a laundry list of evidence showing their incompetence.

You should create a scam report here on MC-Market and if it is not dealt with chargeback on the payment.
Someone to register in our site and buy a service needs to accept the Terms Of Service that he accepted. As a lot of companys we do give refunds! Only in the first 24 hours and if there is a problem. I think that is very normal. 24 hours are a lot hours and if you have any problem that of course we can't fix so the client is happy we can give you the full refund as we have made with some costumers...

But for example if someone that uses our services and asks for a refund in 3 weeks after purchasing a service that's not normal and the refund is not acceptable for obvious reasons.

Sure thing, Allow me to quote your TOS:

"Minecraft servers are eligible for refunds within one twenty-four hour day of the creation of the server in our database, this point is not marked by the time at which your initial payment is processed and may differ by several hours or days."

There is NO link from any page on your site to get to your TOS, you have to manually input the URL. I also never agreed to any terms of service for your site. As they were not presented to me during my checkout and were not visually present once I accessed the client area. Unless you can provide evidence of such, then you have no grounds to with hold my funds, and thats how PayPal will see it. This is why most checkout systems have a check box, saying "you agree with these terms", before you can complete your order.

Regardless to your argument, its not up to you but what you can prove to PayPal. Considering that I have already supplied them with screenshots of your checkout process and guest areas, that clearly show there is no link or reference to your TOS.

What baffles me is that you would rather argue with a customer and make a fool of yourself than to refund a customer. You could even make the changes to your checkout process that has a checkbox for your TOS agreement. So this kind of issue never happens again. You could just own your mistake and Im pretty sure people would respect you more for it, rather than making a fool of your sell for a couple bucks.

Hell if there is some small chance in hell that I am wrong, Id admit my mistake. So Prove me wrong.

Read the first page of this thread, went on the website was about to buy a $6GB server, I felt like double checking the thread would be smart, came to the last page, saw so many bad reviews.

Thank you all for saving me the money i was about to waste :)

You better fix your company and maybe don't have 0 positive reputation and 14 negative reputation if you want people to buy from you.
